I have been trying out the lymphatic drainage massage and have found it really helpful and relaxing. It’s a gentle, light massage which encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and movement of the lymph fluid around your body. This has helped to reduce pain in my back, has eased tension and helped my sleep quality. Very relaxing and highly recommended.
