i ordered black dior b22s on the 26th january and its 3rd march now. they aint coming. and idk i feel like theyve blocked my internet ip or something cause it wont let me access there store.

i emailed them to and they said my item was seized at customs and they had to reship it but they havent kept me update at all

I ordered these shoes off the website around 5 weeks ago, and the shoes came 2 days ago. I love them - amazing 1:1 rep. I would recommend this, however, the shipping updates were wrong and it took longer than 4 weeks for me to receive my shoes, even after I had been informed it would take 7-14 days. Another issue is the customer service - during the third week of not receiving my shoes I emailed asking where they were and still have not got a reply. Overall, the shoes are really nice.

The shoes I received were nice and good quality and I am quite happy with them! On the other hand, I do think a little more communication would be better and the delivery did take a while to come. At first I thought it was a scam, but it’s definitely not as my order came today. It’s just the long delivery and no communication that had put me off but overall the order came at the end, so I am happy with it . 😊

Ordered and never got a email saying the shoes were shipped. It’s been 3 weeks and now the website is nowhere to be found. Never got my order.

Customer service is very fast to reply. Product quality is amazing all round just amazing. Would 100% recommend

I received the wrong size of shoes so I sent a picture of the box showing proof. I emailed 5 times and never got a response.

I order two pairs Jordan 4, one for me and one for my son. Beautiful shoes. In less than two weeks I received them. Thanks, one critical note. Try to answer or reply emails sooner/quiker.

I Tried To Contact The Company For 2 Days Emailing Them About Canceling My Order And they Still Haven’t Responded to Me And At This point I Just Want The Money Back I Placed For The Shoe order And Refund Me My Money Back Because You Would Think if You Spend and place an order for a 150.00 Dollar Pair of Shoes That Are A replica Version of The Real Shoe You Would Get Good Customer Service And They Would Email You Back If You Had Any Issues With the Order That You Placed But No Not A Single Contact Or Email Back Or anything … SMH

i have ordered jordan 4 in frozen moment they came perfectly fine with everything provided the shoes are very comfortable and correct size, they look exactly real and are very comfortable to walk in for a long time overall the shoes are very comfy and lovely 😊

i ordered the jordan retro 4s black cats for my boyfriend for christmas and omggggg they look so good!!! im not much of a sneaker head but i have done my research on this particular shoe since i wanted to find the perfect 1:1 for him and this brand is IT! i ordered on december 11th and got it december 19th so about 1 week and one day it came (based on california) so shocked with how fast it came in . the box came in great condition , it does have a slight smell but not overpowering , the shoes look phenomenal!!! i wish i knew about this brand sooner compared to other fence sites i've ordered shoes on . the seller got back to me quick and was super helpful with providing me the tracking number one day after placing which is crazy ! will be ordering more from offkicks !!! thank YOU !!!!

10/10 Shoes, Authentic material and shaping. Took about 2 weeks to come but was worth the wait. Recommend to everyone.

I ordered a pair of Jordan 4 midnight navy’s and they are superb and the box just blew me away with its brilliant quality alongside the shoe getting every legit check correct. The only complaint is the for 1:1 enthusiasts the tongue needs to be more thick of the shoe and on my right shoe there was a little almost sticker stuck under the jumpman on the back. Otherwise brilliant will order again.
