Trash leads! Don't waste your money with them and they don't give a damn! They cherry pick and give you the trash. Owners don't answer, wrong phone numbers or they are tire kicker leads!

Signed up to have them manage some FB ads, sent them $2,000 to get started, I requested to cancel after nothing was happening....then I was ghosted. No money back, no refund. Won't return calls, e-mails, texts. I'm seeing similar stories online - stories on FB of others ripped off, reviews here. Really wanted to trust the guy and use his ads across our other brands nationwide but it seems he turned out to just be another bottom feeder hustler. Off market if you read this, just process the refund and we can go our separate ways.

They took my money, set up “ads” which looked cheap and Didn’t convert, and then disappeared once I called in my end of the contract.

I went back and forth with “owner” (name retracted per trust pilot request) and decided to given it a go. After $1,500 and promises of leads and “guaranteed” leads, I was left with nothing to show for it.

My last email to him was this, and I was never contacted back:

“Owner (name retracted per trust pilot request),

I've not heard from you in too long. Additionally, the ads are not working or sending leads. I've received 2 out of state and a fake address and 2 in state that are 4 hours from me, in a mountainous area and one was a house "off the grid." I cannot wholesale these kinds of leads, let alone get a hold of the sellers. As I mentioned, Colorado is a very different market than many other places. I am requesting, per our contract and conversation, a full refund and cancellation of the service. Please advise.”

Never heard from him again. THIS IS A SCAMMER OUT OF CANADA. BEWARE!
Owner (name retracted per trust pilot), you can still make this right with a refund per our agreement, if you truly are not a scammer.

I would give negative stars if possible. The owner and I have gone back and forth so many times and its my fault for ever believing anything he said. I have proof of every word of this in our written communications, contracts and his marketing screen shots!!
I regret having done business with this company. Despite their marketing promises of providing 3-5 leads per day and a full money-back guarantee if not satisfied after three months, they failed to deliver on every aspect. After three months, I had only received eight unvetted leads that never responded to any communication. It took over two months of frustrating communication and no production to receive even that.
Throughout the process, the company was full of excuses, from being hit by a car to falling and hitting their head. They frequently failed to respond to my pleas for communication, leaving me in the dark. Despite being contractually obligated to do so, they never provided any tracking or showed me any of my marketing efforts.
To make matters worse, my Facebook marketing page became frozen, and they never fixed it. According to the company, they started marketing my business from their own Facebook page, but never showed any proof. They claimed to have redirected leads to my website and said they had seen thousands of impressions over one weekend. However, when I checked my webpage analytics, I found that there were only 200 visitors in total over the three months.
When I left a couple of reviews expressing my dissatisfaction, the company finally reached out again, threatening me with a defamation lawsuit. They offered to discuss a refund if I deleted my reviews. I did so and provided him proof of his different breaches but have since been ghosted once again.
Overall, this company's promises were empty, and their delivery was nonexistent. I would strongly advise against doing business with them. I have evidence to back up everything I've said, including my contract, their marketing materials, and all our written communications.

Signed a 3 month contract with David. Ads started on Monday. Locked up our first deal from the ads on Friday! Same week! Will likely make 20-25k on the sale of the property. This is a terrific ROI(10x) for us and we will definitely be investing more funds into marketing with them going forward. Working great for us and would highly recommend if you want to get more leads and deals!

Locked up a deal in just 12 days after signing a 3 month contract to work with David. I ended up wholesaling it for a $50k assignment fee. That's a 5x return from the cost of their service + the ad spend. Highly recommend working with them if you're going to take the leads seriously.

Big fan of these guys. The retargeting campaigns they ran for me are amazing. Been able to really make the most of my advertising spend. Good stuff.

The two owners are absolute frauds. They took $7,500 from me and ran bogus Facebook campaigns for my business. They guarantee their work and give you your money back after 6 months if no leads turn into deals. When this happened, I asked to talk to them and they completely abandoned all communication. I have called, emailed, texted and they ignore me. They even reached out to one of my other brands, and when I took the call they hung up on me as soon as they realized it was me. I had to manually get into my ad account just to be able to turn spend off because these cowards wouldn’t even do that. They will be receiving a letter from my attorney and should not be allowed to conduct business.
