ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. OWE US REFUND BUT WON'T PAY US.

In last Feb 2025, we contracted for 60 leads a month starting in March. Got less than half the leads.

They charged us automatically for April but I was able to get a refund because we had less than HALF of the promised leads in March.

They attempted to fix the problem by ADDING MORE zip codes. That did not work. In fact, we ended up with even few leads. Seeing the trend, I reached out to them asking to not be charged for May. But they did anyway! They CHARGED US ~1000 for May even though they knew they had yet to deliver for March.

Upon getting them on the phone, they said, they won't charge us again but will just work to fulfill the remain leads owed to us.

They also told me they NEEDED TO DROP the number of zip codes... citing that the reason for the lack of performance was that we had too many zip codes. Remember, they're the ones that requested more previously.

During this time, they generated almost no leads. Then upon my complaints, they sent me emails saying we need to ADD ZIP CODES! So they've swung back and forth now 3 times now. They clearly didn't know what they were doing.

Despite my ongoing requests for refunds, they refused. I also reached out to their parent company constellation1.com. No reply.

TO DATE, they have yet to fulfill the one month's worth of leads even though they took two month's worth of payments. And they refuse to refund.

BUT WAIT... THERE"S MORE. Most of their leads were garbage. They promised to nurture those leads through an AI. But there's no nurturing that we can tell in speaking to the leads. And a lot of the "leads" include people who didn't submit their names or email addresses. So they are not great leads to begin with. But some of the leads don't even have a name. Some are clearly fake. The point is... their leads are garbage. As someone who has led marketing teams for small, mid and large enterprise organization for the last 25 years... I can tell you these guys are providing absolute garbage leads.

Offrs.com Misrepresented Services and Failed to Deliver Promised Leads

Offrs.com failed to deliver the services they promised when I signed up. Their marketing claimed that they use a proprietary AI to nurture leads and that their Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) would take over when appropriate, ultimately providing a warm transfer introduction to me as the agent. None of this happened.

I never saw any evidence of their AI nurturing leads or their ISAs engaging with prospects in the CRM they provided. Despite repeatedly asking for clarification, I never received a straight answer regarding how their system actually worked. The few times I received a lead, there was no warm transfer or proper introduction—just a text with the client’s contact info instructing me to reach out on my own.

My first so-called "warm transfer" lead immediately responded with "STOP" when I introduced myself (screenshot available). Another lead had an incorrect phone number, and their home was already listed for sale, which means Offrs.com had not verified or nurtured the lead. This lack of vetting could have endangered my business and license, as it is illegal and unethical to solicit clients who already have a listing agreement with another broker.

When I raised concerns, I was ignored or passed around between team members who had no knowledge of my account. My original sales rep, Rob A, was unresponsive, and Ahmed simply passed me off to a lower-level teammate who couldn’t answer my questions. I emailed multiple times, cc’ing all relevant contacts, yet no one addressed my concerns.

I have emails and text messages providing proof of their so-called warm lead transfers and requests for someone to address my concerns, yet they have continued to ignore my communications.

I am requesting a full refund for the services I paid for but never received. Offrs.com misrepresented their services, provided poor-quality leads, failed to nurture or introduce leads as promised, and ignored my concerns. Their lack of transparency and customer support leads me to believe this company operates in bad faith. If they do not resolve this matter, I will be left with no choice but to escalate my complaint further.

I expect a response and resolution to this issue immediately.

Be warned ROOF is a horrible company and Offrs, is horrible

I signed up for a year along with the leads and then their ROOF concierge which during that year, I was given a chance for one appointment, one! That appt. never happened either. Nothing else that entire year through ROOF, which was an add-on service that cost over 2000.00 for the year. I did receive leads, but was told until they set the appointment to wait. So nothing for the year, cost was over 5000.00, a year comes around and I was rebilled for another 5000.00 which they refused to cancel. I haven't even been practicing real estate for the past 8 months, and knew I was going to eat the first investment, but this 2nd one is so unjust makes me sick to my stomach. Stay away from this company at all cost, they are not worth the time, at least not the ROOF end of it.

Awful

Awful! I stayed with them longer than I should’ve because I realized it takes time to incubate online leads. But ultimately nothing, nada. Zilch! And when I tried to leave, they kept offering me discounts to stay on. Trash

Initial impression was very positive

Initial impression was very positive. Salesperson came across with real integrity. Their platform didn't generate enough leads and they were nearly all non-responsive after numerous call backs and emails. I cancelled and they still charged me $799 stating I missed a cutoff date. Another poor lead gen site. Stay away!

I hate that I even had the give this…

I hate that I even had the give this company 1 star - I would have preferred to give 0 stars. Offrs is a complete scam. I regret ever giving them a single dollar because I will never make one back from one of their leads. Run as fast and as far as you possibly can. - Alexandra

Tried for over 6 months not one lead…

Tried for over 6 months not one lead panned out. Buyer/Realtor Beware
This company reuses old leads and gives them back to you disguised as new leads. Most of the information provided has to be double-checked, as it isn't "matching" At $299 a month I would think they would "vet" these leads a little better. Also, customer service was okay, you would get a response, yet basically, it was overpromising and under-delivering.
