This company appears to be criminal

This company appears to be criminal, do NOT give them account fees regardless of sales!

I traded an account from Nov 27-Dec 19 last year, built a profit and requested a payout. Took until mid-January before they denied the payout for the -1% rule which was introduced on Dec 25, AFTER I built my profit. If they will deny a payout based on a rule that didn't exist when the trades took place, they are clearly a scam. OFP, if I'm wrong, feel free to send my payout!

Avoid at all costs!

The offer of another account avoids the problem. The earned payout was denied by introducing a rule after the trades were completed.

Dear Bruce,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely understand your frustration, as we agree that experiencing a rule change during an active journey can be disappointing.

At OFP, our goal is to grow alongside our traders, not against them. For this reason, we handled the introduction of the new rule with maximum flexibility. We decided to offer a "Second Chance" to every single trader who had purchased an account before the rule was released. This consisted of providing a new, fully funded account free of charge to ensure everyone had a fair opportunity to continue trading under the updated terms.

Our records show that a 100% discount code was generated for you to redeem your new account, but it appears it has not been used yet. We have just reached out to you via email to verify if you received that communication or if there was a technical error on our part.

We are committed to investigating your case further and ensuring a fair resolution. We look forward to your reply to our email so we can help you get back on track.

Best regards,

Plz do not trade with this firm unless you would like to donate money to them of course.

Trading is hard enough but hidden rules and scamming prop firms will literally mess up your physiology thinking your the problem, when in reality they set these rules so you are not profitable and they are. I haven’t traded this firm in months but felt the need to let the new traders know to stay away, it isn’t worth the mental drain questioning your self when you’re not the problem. THEY ARE !!!!

Thank you for sharing your perspective.

We understand that negative experiences with trading can be emotionally challenging, but the claims made in this review do not reflect how OFP operates.

OFP does not apply “hidden rules” or design conditions to make traders unprofitable. All trading rules, risk limits, and payout criteria are published in advance and agreed upon at the time of purchase. Payout decisions are based on objective platform data and compliance with these rules, not on subjective judgment.

Prop trading is inherently demanding, and profitability depends not only on results but also on how risk is managed. When payouts are denied, it is not because the firm is trying to disadvantage traders, but because specific risk or behavioral criteria were not met according to the agreed framework.

We also want to clarify that many traders successfully operate within the same rules and receive payouts on a regular basis. A model built on systematically “donating money” to a firm would not be sustainable and does not reflect our operational reality.

If you believe your case was evaluated incorrectly, we encourage you to contact our support team through official channels so your account can be reviewed based on verifiable data rather than assumptions.

OFP remains committed to transparent rules, fair evaluation, and professional treatment of all traders.

Dear Tran Duc Hau,

We are pleased to inform you that your account #1016231 has been fully reactivated and is now available for trading.

We would like to clarify that this was not an intentional breach, but a technical synchronization issue originating from the cTrader API, a factor that was unfortunately outside of our direct control.

To prevent such issues and ensure the highest level of reliability, we have recently expanded our offerings to include platforms like MT5, which provide the greater stability our traders expect.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused.

Your account is now back on track, and we are here to ensure your experience remains seamless moving forward.

Do not buy. Go elsewhere.

Ridiculously bad firm. Closed my account due to inactivity on January 16th 2026... But my last full round trip trade was January 6th 2026 and I had an open trade on Ethereum when they closed the account. On my account, which is showing DEMO even though I bought a LIVE account (which is the first red flag) I had these trades:

02/01/2026 (jan 2nd 26) NASDAQ
02/01/2026 (jan 2nd 26) US30
04/01/2026 (jan 4th 26) NZDJPY
06/01/2026 (jan 6th 26) AUDCAD

AND I have an open ethereum trade that I CAN STILL LOG INTO THE ACCOUNT AND SEE FLOATING, but your terrible website says the account is violated and has been deactivated and won't be eligible for any future payouts?

I've requested my bank complete a charge-back. That's how dissatisfied I am with this firm.

No response to email, no response to discord, no phone number to call, and their "live representative" is a terrible AI chat bot that assumed I hadn't traded in 28 days until I explained to it I had a full trade 10 days earlier. Only then did it tell me I didn't violate the rules and my account is STILL under violation for inactivity WITH AN OPEN ETHEREUM TRADE.

Additional CRITICAL WARNING: their spreads are WIDE. I can have a 2 pip spread in the 5ers and 15-20 pip spread at OFP on the same instrument. Spreads are INTENTIONALLY WIDER THAN MARKET to increase failure rate of traders via triggered stop losses, versus other vendors. BRENT ON 5ERS: 64.08 bid 64.11 ask. BRENT ON OFP: 64.23 bid 64.50 ask. That's a 3 cent spread versus a 27 cent spread. That's a NINE TIMES HIGHER spread. Silver has a 90.05 / 90.14 spread on OFP and Silver has a 89.94 / 89.97 spread on 5ERs. That's 9 cents versus 3 cents. THREE TIMES HIGHER SPREAD. If you're running the SAME strategy it WILL fail more often on OFP than others. OFP is doing it so they can run your stop loss and close out your account. It doesn't matter to me because I'm not a scalper or a short term trader, but note that OFP is DESIGNED FOR YOU TO LOSE. And this is before the TVS consistency rules. Trade somewhere else.

Dear Trader,

Thank you for your feedback. As your review is anonymous, we currently have no way to identify your account or investigate your specific case.

We have sent you a "Request for Information" via Trustpilot. Please respond to it with your account details.

We would like to clarify that several accounts were incorrectly flagged for inactivity due to a synchronization issue with the cTrader API. This was an external technical glitch entirely outside of our direct control, which caused the system to misread active trading data.

If we find that your account was affected by this issue and was incorrectly closed for inactivity, rest assured we will provide a full refund or a new account immediately. We are ready to resolve this, but we need you to provide your details first.

We strongly disagree with this statement.

Payouts at OFP are not refused arbitrarily. Every request is reviewed through a structured risk and compliance process based on objective trading data and the rules agreed at the time of purchase. Disagreement with a decision does not indicate fraud or misconduct.

Thousands of traders successfully receive payouts under the same framework. A company operating as a “scam” would not be able to sustain such activity or long-term relationships with profitable traders.

For privacy and security reasons, we cannot discuss individual cases publicly. If you believe your payout was evaluated incorrectly, we encourage you to contact our support team with your account ID so your case can be reviewed in detail based on verified data.

Thank you for raising this concern.

We strongly reject the claim of fraud. Inactivity rules are not applied arbitrarily and are not based on subjective judgment. They are calculated automatically by the trading infrastructure according to predefined criteria, which may differ from a trader’s personal interpretation of activity.

In particular, the presence of trades in platform statements does not always mean that an account meets the technical definition of “activity” used for risk and compliance purposes. Factors such as account state, execution validity, account suspension periods, trade classification, and platform-level reconciliation can affect how activity is evaluated by the system.

For privacy and security reasons, we cannot review or comment on individual account numbers in a public forum. However, if you believe that your accounts were flagged incorrectly, our technical and risk teams can review your cTrader logs and provide a precise explanation based on verified platform data.

We also want to clarify that inactivity rules are designed to ensure fair and consistent evaluation across all traders, not to penalize profitable accounts. Thousands of accounts are assessed under the same framework without issue.

We encourage you to contact our support team through official channels with your ticket reference so your case can be reviewed in detail.

OFP remains committed to transparent rules, data-driven evaluation, and fair treatment of all traders.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, my experience with OFP has been very disappointing.

After completing a profitable trading cycle and submitting a payout request, my account was placed under review with no clear timeline or communication for weeks. Eventually, the payout was denied based on an alleged “Gambling Rule” violation.

The main issue is that the figures cited in their compliance report did not match the official closed-position data exported from my trading account. Specifically, their claims about losing trades exceeding winning trades were inconsistent with my actual trade history. When I raised this discrepancy and asked for clarification on how the closed PnL and trade statistics were calculated, I did not receive a clear or transparent explanation.

No prohibited strategies (martingale, grid, hedging, HFT, etc.) were used, and I was informed that I met other requirements such as profitability and inconsistency score. Despite this, the payout for a completed cycle was refused based on a subjective interpretation of risk management, applied retroactively.

This experience has raised serious concerns for me about transparency, data accuracy, and payout reliability. Traders should be aware that even if you follow the rules and are profitable, payouts may still be denied based on internal assessments that are not clearly explained or reconciled with your actual trading data.

I can support with data and pics.

I would advise anyone considering OFP to proceed with caution.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointment and understand how frustrating this experience must have been.

At OFP, all payout requests undergo a compliance review to ensure adherence to our risk management and trading rules, including the Gambling Rule. These reviews involve multiple data points and proprietary metrics beyond standard closed-position exports, which can sometimes lead to differences in interpretation when compared to trader-side reports.

We want to clarify that payout decisions are never made arbitrarily or retroactively. When a payout is denied, it is based on the overall trading behavior observed during the cycle, not solely on profitability or individual statistics. Even when prohibited strategies such as martingale, grid, hedging, or HFT are not used, risk patterns may still fall outside our acceptable parameters.

That said, transparency is important to us. If you believe there is a discrepancy between our compliance report and your trading data, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team again and reference your case ID so it can be reviewed in detail by the compliance department. Our team is committed to providing clarification where possible.

We take all feedback seriously, as it helps us improve our processes and communication. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

What a Disaster this company is ( Review After 18 Months of trading with OFP )

Today I'm going to write my last review about OFP ,and I want to give you a big warning about this propfirm.

After making more than 10 payouts totaling 12K$, OFP has decided to push me away from trading with them because I'm a profitable trader. First disaster was on my 10th payout i was waiting for it for 40days than the second disaster is now with my last payout request which im waiting for it 67days then i have received this stupid email :

( Dear Trader

We hope you are doing well.
Upon connecting your account 1019292 to our master live account, we identified that the trades executed on your account did not replicate on our live environment.

This indicates that the strategy being utilized on the demo account is not replicable under real market conditions.
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, OFP only supports trading strategies that can be consistently and reliably executed in live market environments. Since the trades placed on your account could not be mirrored on our live system, this presents a clear discrepancy in trade execution.

Kindly find below the trades that could not replicate in real market conditions.

Due to this finding, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a payout for the profits generated during this cycle, as they do not meet our replicability requirements.
That said, we would like to offer you a second opportunity.
Your account will be reset to the initial balance, allowing you to resume trading under the following conditions:
You must trade on a different asset than previously used.
Your strategy must be proper, consistent, and fully replicable in live market conditions.)

which has no sense, OFP wants me to trade like theyr traders strategy or something like that and i can not understand that also they have never talked about real market conditions and also i have get payouts with the same strategy with the same video explanations so if my strategy is not replicabl on real market data how i have made the other payouts ? but this time of course they discover that im going to request payout every time so they want me to leave so they say something wierd no one can understand.

Have you ever seen a propfirm ask you to explain your strategy, then after you do that they say that this strategy is not replicable under real market conditions? So this is a warning: if you want to earn money by trading, I advise you to stay away from this firm because they will just steal your money. Hopefully, I have made 6X ROI. I have spent almost 2K, and I get 12K$ from them, then they start to treat me like that to push me away, but who knows, maybe if you purchase an account with them, then they have no money to pay you. i have everything, screenshots of the non helpfull converstation of their support team, everything. I will go back to share my info if you want to see everything before deciding to purchase an account with them.

Hello,

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We understand that waiting for a payout can be frustrating, and we always aim to provide clear communication regarding account reviews and payout processing.

Regarding your recent payout request, our review process identified that the trades on your account could not be consistently replicated in our live environment. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, our firm requires that strategies be reliably executable in real market conditions to ensure the integrity and sustainability of our funding program. This review process is applied uniformly to all traders and is not linked to the number of payouts previously made.

While we understand this outcome is disappointing, the intention is not to prevent payouts arbitrarily but to ensure that trading strategies meet the criteria necessary for long-term replication in a live environment. We also provide opportunities to reset accounts and continue trading under these guidelines to support traders in meeting these requirements.

We value all feedback, and we are committed to continuously improving our processes.

I have earned $16,751.23 across 5…

I have earned $16,751.23 across 5 payouts with OFP. To date, they have paid me $1,258.79 total.
Four out of five payouts were denied, in my opinion for unreasonable reasons, including what I believe were outright false claims by their review team.

Once you qualify for a payout, OFP requires you to submit a strategy explanation video. If they later decide—using very ambiguous and subjective rules—that your explanation is insufficient, they will deny the payout. In addition, if they claim you violated a rule, they will restrict what instruments you are allowed to trade going forward, to make it more difficult to reach payout.

Below are the exact reasons given to me via email for denying my payouts. I’ll let readers decide whether these justify withholding earned profits:

1. I supposedly did not explain my take-profit levels in my strategy video (I 100%did). Even if I hadn’t, denying a payout for this reason seems ridiculous.

2. I supposedly did not explain my stop-loss levels (I absolutely did). Knowing how picky they were from my last payout i made sure to explain everything multiple times. Just outright lying.

3. Trading a “restricted asset.” This would be understandable except the asset should not have been restricted in the first place, and the trade was closed immediately with a loss, after realizing the issue. No grace was given.

4. “Excessive leverage” on a limited number of trades. I used over 50% of my daily drawdown on a few trades, which resulted in a payout denial. If using the leverage they provide can invalidate a payout, it raises the question of why that leverage exists at all.

It’s important to note that their payout reviews are final. If you disagree, or even if you can prove they made a mistake or misrepresented your video, they will not re-review your case under any circumstances.

I am currently still waiting over a month for my most recent payout review. During payout review, you are not allowed to trade, meaning I have been unable to trade for more than 30 days. At the same time, OFP enforces a rule that accounts cannot be inactive for over 30 days. I specifically asked a support agent (Precious) whether my account would breach due to inactivity while under review and was told that my review would be done well before then(it wasn't) and that accounts can't be breached while under review. Despite this, my account did breach.

They later reactivated it (credit where due), but then a few days later it was deactivated again for the same reason, and my trading history from the past few months was deleted. Fortunately, I have screenshots.

Customer support is polite but extremely slow, vague, and inconsistent. Responses often take days or weeks, and multiple emails have gone unanswered entirely.

Conclusion: Based on my experience, you are very unlikely to receive payouts from this company. If you do earn one, expect to be required to submit a strategy video that can later be used to justify denying payment. If no violation can be found, payouts may simply be delayed until your account breaches inactivity rules.

I have screenshots, videos, and email records to support everything stated above. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision before risking time, effort, and money with OFP.

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experience. We understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation has been for you, especially given the time and effort you’ve invested.

We want to clarify that payout reviews at OFP are conducted to ensure consistency with our risk management and strategy-compliance framework, which applies to all traders. Strategy explanation videos are reviewed to confirm that trades are executed in line with a clearly defined and consistently applied approach, including risk parameters such as stop-loss, take-profit logic, and leverage usage. These reviews are not intended to be subjective, but rather to ensure alignment with the rules in place at the time of trading.
Account deactivations and reactivations are handled by automated systems combined with manual oversight, and while corrective actions were taken in your case, we recognize that the process caused unnecessary disruption. Your feedback highlights areas where our internal coordination and communication must improve.

While payout review outcomes are final once completed, we are actively working to improve transparency, response times, and clarity around review expectations to prevent situations like this going forward.

We appreciate you acknowledging the professionalism of our support team, and we regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared internally for further review.

We wish you the best in your future trading endeavors.
