From the outset, Ofset were the only company we approached with the confidence and enthusiasm to engage with our project, to accommodate our changes of mind, and work with our timescale. Just had my skylight (3m x 2m) fitted and very happy with it. Great quality product, and easy company to deal with. Very happy to recommend.

We ordered seemless large glass frame to cover our conservatory and are really pleased with the result. Firstly this is a bespoke frame and not every company does it. Secondly the installation team has done an amazing job. Lastly the service remained professional at all time

Fantastic product one of very few that use uk glass and heat stress test before installation .price included fitting and crane . Mine was 5x2 metres triple glazed in one piece

I was initially apprehensive about dealing with an online company and communicating via WhatsApp and Instagram, but Ofset exceeded all expectations. From the very first conversation with Ziggy, who was incredibly helpful (even replying late in the evening), to the seamless administration, everything ran smoothly. The delivery arrived earlier than expected, and the entire process—from arranging the crane to the fitters—was well-coordinated and professional.

We had our awesome large blade installed at the start of the year and after 6 months i can say we are in love with it. The quality of the product and fitting was first rate. The Ofset team has always been very responsive. They have done a great job delivering and installing a large one pane glass (5m x 2m) over our kichen extension. This was a tricky and delicate task but executed very smoothly.

Ofset have installed me a massive skylight (3 x2) in one pane of glass when all the other companies I tried could only make it in two or three sections. The service I have received has been amazing. Ziggy has been so helpful and treated me like a valuable customer and not a reference number. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. If only all companies could deliver like these guys. Love my Skylight.

Great product and great service. No false promises about timelines (my expectations were immediately managed down with a very detailed description of the process!) and we decided to wait for what are very cool rooflights. Delivery was smooth and with the help of a borrowed genie lift, installation was simple. They perfectly compliment out standing seam roof.

Having recently had an appalling time working with other companies, Ziggy at Ofset listened to our woes and came to our rescue. I would not hesitate to recommend Ofset to anyone. Their products and customer service are second to none.

I am not exaggerating when I say that a large international company had wasted our time for months. They kept changing their products, failed to respond to messages and couldn’t answer fundamental questions about their own rooflights and services. This caused massive delays to our project and had left our house open to the elements for months.

Perfect through the whole process!

After being messed around for months by a large roof light company we decided to contact Ofset.

2 days later we had ordered a blade, Ziggy & Aleks made the whole process incredibly easy, from showing us the options through to confirming the order.

We were given an install date and when the day came the fitters were on time, very friendly and efficient. The whole process from craning to the final install only took about an hour and a half.

Brilliant and highly professional service from service from Ziggy and team from start to finish. Seamless process from engagement, design, production and installation. Ofset provided 2 large blade rooflights for our refurbishment project in Luton which look amazing, a very high quality product and service. Looking forward to working with Ofset on many more projects in the future.

We had an old leaky roof lantern which was letting in drafts and snails. We now have a beautiful new rooflight installed in record time. The space feels so much bigger and it is already noticeably warmer in the kitchen now.

I was mulling over needing to replace it over the Christmas break and after some googling found Ofset, sent them an email on boxing day and Ziggy called me the same day, which I was not expecting and he did not need to do. Two months later we now have a rooflight, would have been sooner but turns out it rains in February in England, who knew?! Even though it is not their fault the team dealt with each rain delay (twice in total) very professionally and rescheduled.

I was incredibly anxious about the installation of my huge rooflight. I really needn't have been. The crew were so competent and efficient. It was all over in ninety minutes! And the rooflight is just stunning, so sleek and minimal. The light it brings to the kitchen is beautiful.
