We had the most exceptional experience at ogle beds with choosing a bed for our daughter. Chloe was there on the day and couldn't have been more helpful with helping us get the bed. Amazing customer service and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for their child's new bed. Especially go into the showroom in Fonthill so they can try the beds first.

Bought the quad bunk beds great beds, the mattress we got was the wrong one and the one we already had was too big, Orla was great in getting it sorted for me and delivering a new mattress and replacing the wrong one within a few days

Chloe went above and beyond for us and explained absolutely every detail about every potential bed and gave us recommendations based on what we were after.

I bought the Bounty 4ft duo bunk bed about a year and a half ago. Bed was ideal and good value for money, delivery was when they said it would be. Can't fault anything. Then earlier this year the company went above and beyond! Our ceiling caved in from water and broke a bit of the headboard and side rail. After a bit of back and forth over email they sent me the replacement parts with so little hassle! It was a pretty stressful time dealing with all the damage caused by our ceiling and the water that it was such a relief to not have to also worry about getting a brand new bed too. Can't recommend them enough!

Chloe was fantastic in helping us choose a new bed for my son. He got to pick the colour and he loves it. Chloe was lovely to engage with and the process, delviery and assembly was very smooth.

Thanks for all your help Chloe, my son loves his new midsleeper bed, the bed is excellent quality and sturdy, delivery was sooner than expected. I highly recommend Ogelbeds.

I ordered the Hanlee triple bunk bed in white, and I finally received my order. In my case, the delivery took nearly 16 weeks, which is quite a long wait. If you're considering placing an order, it's important to keep this in mind.

That being said, the quality of the materials and fittings is excellent. The packaging was secure, and the assembly instructions were clear, making it easy to put together on my own.

Did I receive what I expected? Absolutely! I am very satisfied with the quality.

I bought four double bunks and a single bunk from ogel beds and the mattresses also. The prices were very reasonable and the bunks are high quality and look great too. We dealt with Mark and from beginning to end the service was excellent. They were for a summer house in the west of Ireland and everything ran v smoothly. The kids and their cousins all loved the bunks and everyone commented on how comfortable they were.

My kids love their new Bunk beds. So pretty & solid. The extra storage is also fab!
We had a fitter from Right Style Furniture, Victor, assemble ours & he did an amazing job.

Purchased a bed recently online which was a very easy process but decided to change for different type after purchase. Made a trip to their store to choose another and team made the changes necessary. Bed was delivered before estimated date which was a plus.
The bed I chose was slightly expensive but it was a must. The bed arrived in flat packs as expected with easy to follow instructions. All the parts fitted well and with ease.

I purchased a 4ft bunkbed (top and bottom). The delivery was quick and the delivery service was great but the beds themselves weren't fantastic. Lots of little dents in the frame when I opened it and the overall finish wasn't very nice, so many pocket holes even on the headboard that ill have to fill separately. I had a similar bed from another business that was made up without the holes. The delivery cost was expensive too.

Was interested in a bunk bed from their shop and was initially told the model would take around 3-4 weeks to arrive, we needed them much sooner.

A staff member called Eoghan worked his magic and was able to get us an earlier delivery date. Delivery came on the date as promised and the product itself is great value and quality! Eoghan also followed up to make sure all was ok with the bunk bed. Super service really impressed! Keep up the good work Ogel beds!!
