Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Avoid.
Was given a £231 valuation for an iPhone but when they inspected it, dropped the offer to £155. As soon as I rejected that offer, it suddenly rose to £193!
Be assured, this phone was pristine. It had always had a screen protector and kept in a case, had very light usage and still had 98% battery health.
Caveat vendor (sic)!

Do not trust this scam company

Do not trust this scam company, now trading as Grade Mobile. Was quoted £211 for my I phone 12 which was in excellent condition. I took pictures before sending. They then offered £70 once I had already sent my phone in to them. Please avoid at all costs.

Would rate no stars if I could, damaged my phone, then lowered the price by £100.

🛑 Don't sell to this company 🛑…

🛑 Don't sell to this company 🛑 Important you read!!!!! - Also operates as Grade Mobile

Just had my report sent back to me from Grade Mobile for an amount substantially less than their initial offer (£138)! Additionally worrying is the descriptions for the grade, and their offer! The phones appears to have been damaged under their care given their response. I made detailed videos of the device before sending it in and the phone was immaculate. Below is the 5 issues they said about the immaculate phone I sent in.

1. Signs of use - what a surprise it's second hand!
2. Light wear and tear - what a surprise it's second hand.
3. More than 5 light scratches on the screen not visible from arm’s length - Not visible on the video close ups either!
4. Scratches would not be deep enough to be felt with your finger nail - or seen by macro camera?
5. Bezel may contain scratches, and one light dent in the corner of the device - dent not seen in an footage or close ups. Only minor marks by charger port.

If you read reviews of this company which are hidden well this company uses dirty tricks like downgrading for additional profit, not paying or sending phones back. Very bad company reading their dirty tricks made me accept a poor offer.

Don't use stay away!

They also trade as Grade Mobile -scam company

They also trade as Grade Mobile. This company has received my iPhone, made me an offer, which I accepted and have since come up with several excuses as to why they cannot pay. My bank won't receive funds, have to do a manual payment etc. But still no money has been received. Looks like the small claims court for me and them. Be careful people, you are dealing with dodgy people!!
Yesterday (13/7/22) I received another message from this company stating "payment will be made today". Guess what, no payment was made. They are now making promises that they have no intention of keeping. Looks like I will now be proceeding down the legal route for sure. For those of you in England, you can find a simple form to complete with Trading Standards. I am in Scotland and I have to go through a different route. Recommend everyone does this and lets get an investigation into this scam company!

Fantastic!

Surprised by the bad reviews I’ve seen - I bought an iPhone XR in May and I could not be happier. It’s worked perfectly since having it, the price was great too.
I have since recommended OG to friends, and I would purchase from again myself.

Bought an iPhone 11, arrived faulty

Bought an iPhone 11. Arrived faulty, battery didn’t work. So they clearly knew the phone wasn’t working when they sent it to me. Tried contacting them about the issue. Took weeks to get a proper response, and then took even more weeks to get my refund. AVOID, shambles of a company.

Absolutely awful experience. Never again will I deal with you. #122961

Never have I ever had so many problems dealing with a company. Their website promised me I’d have the money in my account within 24 hrs of receiving my device. Low and behold, nearly a week later I’m still waiting!

Customer service is absolutely non existent. Phone lines don’t work, emails take days to get a reply. Your staff are clearly badly overworked and taking the brunt of your poor business model.

Had I go to one of your rivals, say music magpie, the whole ordeal would have lasted 48hrs at most, not over a week.

From start to finish, you have been nothing but a total, utter disaster. Avoid this catastrophic failure of a company at all costs.
