If you are looking for something hands off that will really work for you this is not it. your clients will not have heard of the company sending it and ignore the email. If you have to give your clients a heads up to look out for the email you might as well send the reviews yourself. And it’s a 12 month contract so that’s fun.

They have been very responsive and helpful
I did get reviews
I have weekly meetings with Sam and we have been setting up my account
He explained and guides me through every thing
I am very surprise about the negative reviews and hope they do resolve their issues

I’m pretty displeased with my Oggvo experience. I don’t think their “services” are worth even half of what they charge. It’s like legal extortion. Once they have you locked into a contract, it’s all downhill. Their onboarding guy is actually a good guy that tries his best. Beyond that no one else seems to care as long as they are shaking you down every month for their glitchy software.

Horrendous Experience with Oggvo – Taking Legal Action

I strongly advise anyone considering Oggvo’s services to avoid this company at all costs. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, riddled with misrepresentation, unprofessionalism, and a complete failure to deliver on their promises.

When I signed up, I was assured by their initial representative that he would personally handle my account. However, once the contract was finalized, I was shuffled between representatives who displayed appalling communication and zero accountability. My account was handed off to another representative, who took weeks to respond to even basic inquiries, and later to their customer service success manager, who stopped communicating entirely—only to resurface a few weeks later just to deny any refund, despite their failure to perform any services during that time.

After four months as a paying client, Oggvo failed to accomplish even the simplest tasks, such as getting my Google Business page operational—something they repeatedly promised but never delivered. This has not only wasted my money but also harmed my business’s online presence and reputation.

I have formally demanded the immediate termination of my contract and a full refund of $2,000. Oggvo’s lack of professionalism, integrity, and customer care has left me with no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my losses.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from Oggvo. This company is an absolute disgrace, and I will do everything in my power to ensure they are held accountable for their actions.

This company did no work for 3 months charging $250 per month and not allowing cancellation for a year. I am currently in a legal dispute as they sent my account to collections for non-payment... for services not rendered!!!!

I'm am madder than a hatter with this company. I was never told up front that this program was not cancellable for 1 year. They have refused to cancel my subscription. It is not worth the $250/month. They are being unfair.

Apple Kaye Esguerra is very knowledgeable regarding setting up the marketing for facebook, linkedin etc. She explained everything as she was doing it but set everything up to help my business get ranked on google. She excels at her job.

SCAMMMM!!! This company is a fraud and really is not a company at all except to collect payment. Without even signing up or receiving services they have been constantly harassing me for payments and threaten to send my account to collections. What account?? If contacted via Facebook or Instagram immediately report the individual as SPAM. Save yourself the headache and stress of this group of con artist.
