Bought trainers from this company online.Returned trainers because of a size issue via Royal Mail . Had some issues contacting them due to an error on their system. After a couple of e-mails back and forth with OG received a phone call from an American lady . She was so helpful an genuine and resolved the issue over the phone. I would definitely use this company again . Great customer service . Thanks

I’ve not used OG Kicks before and have found them to be very good. Bought the quirky leopard print Adidas SL72 but accidentally selected the wrong size before realising and ordering. They responded to my email quickly and efficiently sent the correct one without having to recove and raise a return. Very pleased with trainer, price and service.
