I ordered a matching top/bottom combo and when I received it, I was disappointed that the slacks were too short. I emailed to inquire about an exchange and the protocol. They asked me to pay the shipping fee and they were sending me the pants in a longer inseam. They asked me to share the ones too short with someone who could use them. WoW! So kind and way to pay it forward!

I've purchased three sweaters from them, the quality and value are both really excellent. Their customer service is awesome, I've been so impressed. I had an issue with delivery with my first order, they responded very quickly (on a weekend) and took care of it. I shop online at a lot of places and this one is one of the best.

What a breath of fresh air for internet shopping. The customer service is wonderful, kind, efficient, polite, responsive – it couldn’t be better. And the products – I just cannot stop ordering, the trousers are so soft and fluffy, like you are wearing a cloud. They look fantastic, too. I´m constantly being asked where I got them. Beautiful and chic fit, easy wear, you can fit them to look both sporty and elegant. I wish I had known of them earlier. All my friends are now ordering too.

I am very satisfied with the quality and design of my tops that I have purchased. I have worn the first top (turtleneck with puff sleeves) on only two occasions and received over four compliments even my doctor who was using her stethoscope on my back mentioned the sleeves and how much she liked the fabric. I had an issue with my second purchase and it was promptly rectified. I would like to have the length of skirts specified and more petite skirts since I am 5’1”.

Great Quality and Fantastic Customer Service
I’m genuinely impressed with both the clothing and the customer service. The styles are unique and the quality exceeded my expectations. I placed two fairly large orders this year, and while I loved most pieces, a few weren’t quite right for my body type or I needed a different size or color.
When I emailed customer service about returns and exchanges, they made the process incredibly easy. They offered to select alternative items equal to what I planned to return and sent out the size and color swaps I requested. They told me to keep or donate the original pieces and only charged a small shipping fee for the replacements. The communication was friendly and clear.
It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their products this well. I will absolutely order again. I’m excited to see next season’s line!

Great First Experience
I was new to OGL when I placed my first order. The order was very large as I was unsure of my sizing in this brand and thought I'd try various items in different sizes and return the ones that didn't fit.
