While the dress I ordered looked beautiful in the picture, there is no mention of the type material used to make it. I ordered the dress (custom) and just received it. The material is a stretch knit and I can tell you that the model was not wearing such cheap and ugly material. The material bunches at the bottom of the dress, and being a seamstress myself, such stretch knit should not be used for such a beautiful formed dress as the one pictured. This dress was a great disappointment; nothing at all like the photo – not even the color of the material. Also, there were pads sewn in the front that I can only guess were for support, but they were loosely sewn in place and it looked cheap and atrocious! If I could, I would send this back in a second.

If you are going to order from this "company," be prepared to wait a long time. I ordered my daughter's prom dress and paid extra for expedited shipping (within 10 days according to the web site). The dress actually arrived over 2 months later, long after the prom. She had to purchase another dress in order to attend. In between, I exchanged emails with the company, and every message I got was in broken English....egregious spelling errors and grammar usage. They kept apologizing and saying it was taking longer because of detailed workmanship, etc. When the dress finally arrived I will say it was very nice and my daughter really liked it. I don't know if they got overwhelmed with the number of orders during prom season or what, but I was never offered a refund of the extra money I paid for shipping. I definitely won't use this web site again.

Received today a debs dress ordered. Disgusted with it. Nothing like the picture. Colour is totally different, materials are cheap and look cheap. This was not a cheap dress to purchase. It has totally turned me off ordering online. Best advice I could give other people is to beware. Not worth the stress and import duties.

I had ordered a very adorable wedding gown with rose details on it. I was very impressed initially when i began getting prompt replies from their customer service with respect to payment options and delivery time.
Although my wedding was in May, i had ordered the dress in the 1st week of Feb after carefully checking that the dress should reach me within a month's time. The moment the online payment was complete, I received a mail stating that their workers are on leave due to Chinese New year and hence, i will get my dress mid-March. I agreed to that.
Once it crossed 15th march, i emailed them back, and they apologised and said i would get it in another 10 days. this continued until the 1st week of April. I began to panic as my wedding was supposed to be in another state (not where I was staying). I had to call them several times, kept trying to chat online and finally when i had given up and frustrated I decided to cancel the order. To which, they were not prepared to refund my money back and asked for 24 hrs more. Finally I got my dress just few days before i could travel for my wedding to Goa.

I have to admit that the dress was NOTHING compared to what they showed on their website. The roses never looked like roses. The dress measurements were wrong and in all the dress did not look anything close to what it should have looked like!

It was my biggest blunder to have trusted ogotoshop to make my dress for the one most important event of my life...

I received my wedding dress and besides all negative comments, I am sure that I made a great deal. If you are late for shopping, do not order any site a dress, but if you have time to wait: go please!!! I wait two month, but they need time to sew a dress, they made from start to finish, handmade from scratch. Excellent communication, a beautiful dress for a cheap price, thanks!!!!

I bought a dress for my best friend birthday party, so i buy a cocktail dress
from Ogotoshop .It is reaally cheap, and shipping is free.
before 8days of the birthday party, i got the package. it is amazing to wear this dress, and i look forward the coming party.

I think they should be more honest with their costumers. People will understand if they can't make it on time, but not telling them the truth will make them doubt about their purchases!
I had a bad experience with the delivery of my item, which was really stressful!
I have not even got my dress yet, but up to now, they did not earn more than 3 stars at all, so that's what they get.

I have the dress now. Finally! 1-start is more than what the earned!
Everything was absolutely horrible about my experience with this purchase!
First they told me they are in their new year holidays, and it might take my wedding dress 15 more days to be delivered (March 16th). I said that’s OK. But they (who have been replying my emails immediately from the start before the purchase), stopped replying my emails after the date, I found a number and called, and they said it’s going to take 10 more days! Finally I got it on March 31th!
The dress is almost nothing like the one in the picture, the top part is pretty, but not like the picture. The problem was the skirt. There were two huge bump around the waist part, it looked like any person in it is pregnant!
I told them my height, with the heel size I want to wear. The dress (even WITHOUT petticoat) is short and my feet can be seen! I thought they are professional enough to consider that there will be a petticoat under the dress, and it should be longer that the original height, clearly I was wrong.
I emailed them that I can have it fixed by a professional, but I need the skirt’s first layer material to replace with the one it has now, after 4 emails they keep telling me that we don’t understand the problem!!! Waooo! How is that even possible! I even sent them a picture of the dress in which I hold the first layer of the skirt in my hand, and yet they DID NOT understand what I meant!

Now I have a wedding dress that I can’t wear at all! And returning is stupid because of the shipping cost. The worst part is they deny everything and are not responsible enough to accept anything!
