Seen an ad on Instagram about this…

Seen an ad on Instagram about this gaming pillow. Clicked on and went to site. They gave me a 30% off code. Put pillow in cart and checked out with PayPal it said payment was processing like 6 times. I emailed them because I was nervous I was going to get charged multiple times. Hours later I was not charged and decided to try is again, maybe it was a system error. I tried again but this time the code was invalid. I emailed them again explaining what had happened and that the code I was given no longer works. They never got back to me but they did send me a black Friday code for 35% off mind you this was last week lol. Tried the Black Friday code and it dont work. I email them again and again no response. I ended up getting a code online so I decided to try again but this time use my card. As soon as I checked out the fraud department was texting me. A few moments later calling me. I do business with new companies all the time and this has never happened to me. The fraud department tells me that my card has been compromised and they are shutting it off and that I have to go to the bank and get another one. Waste of gas and time. I emailed them again and never got a response from any of the half a dozen emails I sent them. I went on YouTube to see if there was any reviews and there is a few of them. Very small channels. I left a comment explaining what happened to me and that he should be careful cz he could potentially be setting his subscribers up to get scammed. The company actually responded to my YouTube comment saying they are a new company and they wouldve refunded me. Not a word about the fraud department. Ignore all the emails that a potential customer is sending cz nobody else can see the email but the second a comment is posted for the world to see they are suddenly interested in what you have to say. Paypal didn't allow the transaction for a reason. I should've never used my card. I even emailed them and said if it's not a scam how about we do a collect on delivery. I didn't hear a word back from them. Think about it. A new company wants to do the best they can do. They want a good reputation cz a good reputation sells more products. Emails never got returned and the only only thing they cared about was the comment on YouTube. They don't care about selling the product through collect on delivery. They only care about what other people can see. Stay away from this company. Fraud departments dont call you out of the blue.
