the apartment I had in Berlin was in a superb location with a supermarket nearby and the metro a few meters away . there were also some cafes and a spanish restaurant round the corner. Great experience

Images of apartments were clear and informative. We had all the details we needed to select the right place and found on arrival it was as good as expected.
Facilities were very good; furniture was comfortable and a bonus was the view down on to a park with a lake where we saw a heron land several times.
Travel about the city was easy with U-bahn and bus services within a few minutes walk. There were two good supermarkets and two reasonable restaurants nearby. Our one disappointment was not finding space at a local beer cellar restaurant: a tribute to its popularity with Berliners.
A splendid week in the most exciting city we know.

We didn't see the point of using OH-Berlin, there are several web-sites where we could find apartments. When a question raise concerning the apartment and the reservation we would have expected to receive answers to our questions from the customer service. We got the feeling OH-Berlin is just cashing in the commission, setting up a webpage is easy and the apartment is doing the work with uploading pics and information.

I booked an apartment for 4 nights in Berlin and it all went very smoothly. I had contact information for the owner who then kept in contact with me with regard to gaining key and transport to the apartment. Worked well.

The apartment itself is lovely, good space, good layout. Views from the balcony are pleasant at sunset. On the flip side, hot water took about five minutes to get hot, kitchen is missing many basic cooking utensils and the apartment block complex itself was a bit unkept. Really pay attention to the fifth floor position too - whilst you get the please t subset views it's at the cost of 99 stairs up and down so plan accordingly. Location is close to shopping center, bakeries, food venues and train station.

All in all, would not stay there again, but it didn't stop us from enjoying Berlin.

Apartment location was great. Price was good as well. Apartment met our needs, but we were only there a short time. If it was an extended stay things may be different.

Nice apartment and very good host. I plan to be back soon.

Handy for supermarket, shops and transportation. Without air-conditioning, the flat may be very warm in high summer.

I would like to underline really helpful approach of Oh-Berlin from the very beginning of our booking. We have some little problem with booking and everything was solved very quickly and friendly. We were also informed in advance about some necessary information regarding transport in Berlin etc.and it was made in a pleasant form (not spams like many other companies and providers). The accomodation was realy nice and comfortable just like it was announced. Stay in Berlin was very nice. Maybe we should have been informed in advance about some interesting museums and exhibitions, which would have been helphul for us, but I am now not sure, if I didn´t missed some sent info.

Fantastic service and even better accommodation. Well done!

What can I say? There was very little negative to pinpoint here. Five stars.

The apartment we booked was perfect and the offer from oh berlin was really good compared too other sites with even better prices. Communications with the owner went great and i even received a text Message from oh berlin at the day of our Arrival with a number we could in case there was anything. Great!

This trust pilot is a weird survey going on about shopping. I go to Berlin to visit relatives not go shopping. I do not use or trust any of the on line social sites and think they are a complete waste of time. I prefer to talk to people face to face not via a coms link.
If you want to stay in Berlin use Oh-Berlin as they have a good range of accommodation in different areas and seem very knowledgeable about the city.
My advice is do your own research and not rely on others opinions which are often biased.

Second time staying here, was not informed that a 100 euro deposit was required. When I called up to confirm received apology and told I should have been told. I spoke to people on 4 seperate occasion before trip and no mention of deposit. On top of this the landlord was so rude, very disappointed with my treatment. After complaining to Trudy at berlin apartments, didn't even receive a call or email response.

I will find social media platforms to leave my review about the treatment from the landlord and trudy. Not happy at all with last trip

The apartment was very well located, clean and and fresh and was as described on the web site. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was the fact that I had to call quite few times to get through to the owner/manager in order to pick up the keys.

The site helped us to choose and book a very nice appartment for a short stay in Berlin
