Really helped me stay on top of things

I've been using ohai since starting my small business and it's made a huge difference when it comes to staying organized. When you're just getting started, there's so much to keep track of and it can get overwhelming pretty quickly. Ohai has been one of those tools that just fits naturally into my routine without a steep learning curve. Managing inventory used to feel like such a hassle but now I actually feel on top of it instead of constantly playing catch up.
What I really appreciate is how straightforward everything is. I was super lost and now I'm able to focus on other things while I get organized in the background. A few weeks in and I genuinely can't imagine running things without it. I do wish that in the future they could integrate with an expense tracker that would be super helpful for my spreadsheets but I'm hoping that comes soon!

The app I've been waiting for!

I absolutely loved it! I just got married and I use Ohai all the time now with my husband, it lets us split tasks, share lists, meal plan easily, share scehdules even when using different calendars like Outlook and gcal! Coordination and sharing all our todos at home have become seamless !! I tell all my friends about it so wanted to leave a review here too!

I wish I could give this program less…

I wish I could give this program less than one star! It did NOTHING it advertised. First, the free trial is a ridiculous scam - you must pay to use it. Secondly, every task I asked of it - it informed me it couldn't do. I thought maybe I was asking to much, so I asked it to do a simple task they boast about in their ads - add things to my calendar. The program told me it didn't know how to do that. It wouldn't do anything with basic calendar functions and finally referred me to a "human." I don't think an actual human responded, but I did get text messages back saying they were sorry they couldn't do anything to help me with basic tasks - like adding items to the calendar. After being stymied at EVERY turn and even supposedly transferred to a "human," the program could not perform even one of the tasks they advertise.

Bloody awful

Bloody awful. When I tried to cancel, they ignored it, kept billing me AND wouldn’t respond to my complaint saying I couldn’t even access it, I got really frustrated and took other steps.. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND STEER CLEAR

I will give this a four for now

I will give this a four for now. I just started using this and I like it being usable in a text format. I can put on my meta glasses or ask Siri to just text O to add to my to do list. I have not had issues with it adding to my calendar. I do wish it would track more than one calendar that it can right to as I track my kids schedule's as well. But I can work around that. I have only needed to have human intervention when I sent a photo of a recurring task list that had all the due dates in the past. It confused the ai. But other than that there were no issues. I gave it an entire chart of upcoming dates and it entered them in no problem. I remove a star for the price. I am trying the fully family suite but not sure I can continue to pay the pricing for the capabilities it offers. I have a different task list and calendar app called s’mores chores which is $49 for the entire year. Kind of different things but I do think the price is too high.

It took me 10x as long to add anything…

It took me 10x as long to add anything of my calendar. The AI removed calendar items, claimed to have added calendar items but did not. In most cases are human, had to step in to intervene in order to correct the calendar listings. What a waste of my

It falsely advertised FREE TRIAL.

It claimed FREE TRIAL.

It did NOTHING but harass me about upgrading and then compromise my calendar.
Any even remotely difficult task, it suggested it be deferred to a human, which made this completely pointless and a total waste of time.
