AWFUL STAFF AND PROFESSIONALLY
hi! i recently went here to get my hair done (just highlights). i have dyed my hair quite a bit before and have used bleach, box dye and had my hair done professionally. at the time, i had my hair dyed a dark brown colour. i had told the hair dresser (elena i think was her name?) all about my hair dye experiences and letting her know i had colours such as red and purple under the brown dye i had in. i had also included to add that i have used bleach and colour remover on my hair before. when i went in for my appointment elena REFUSED to do a strand test on my hair (which may i add, was visibly damaged) and told me that “it would be fine since i’ve bleached my own hair before”, i had told her the last time i had bleached my hair was when it was healthy 2 years ago, but she refused to listen. about 10mins after my hair had been bleached and foiled, my head started to burn, i tried to alert another staff member (anta) about this, but she shrugged it off and just told me to wait for my stylist. not once was my foils checked in the hour i was waiting. once it was time for my hair to get washed, there was massive clumps of hair falling out and it was all extremely orange. when i had gotten angry about this i had asked to speak to the manager. anta then came out and was incredibly rude to me, calling me ‘uncooperative’ and ‘entitled’, after stating i was appalled by the unprofessional behaviour, anta began swearing at me, and also stank of cigarettes. she kicked me out while my hair was soaking wet and tried to make me pay for the damage elena had done to my hair. NEVER GO HERE.
