This is FAKE SHOP!!! Please never order from here. They stole over 100 euros from our order made last year for our daughter's first birthday gift. They should be reported as this is fraud and a serious offense.

Still waiting for a refund after months of waiting and excuses...we are too busy, we are working day and night for you, it is about to enter production, I'm seeing the box in the pallet right now...nothing

The lernturm looks awesome in the pictures. I doubt they have even build a single one....

They take your money and dont give you anything back....

A true disappointment. I do appreciate how creative the online fraud has become, but it really hurts (especially in your pocket) to be the one fooled.
I ordered on November 23rd the 4in1 Bogenwippe, Kletterbogen and the Lernturm. I received a beautiful email with the order confirmation, that it is in processing.
They replied afterwards that there are delays in processing the request (nothing suspicious).
On December 6th, i contacted them again, and they said the package will be shipped within 4 days, even apologising for the delay.
On December 17th, i dropped another email asking them to cancel my order and to give me a full refund since the order didn't arrived. They said the order is packed and waiting on a pallet and that i will receive the tracking number soon.
That was the last reply i received from them. I truly believed i am helping a smaller business, and i couldn't be more disappointed.

What i do know about them is that it's a skilled polish fraud people who to a point answer your request and then leave you hanging.

Ordered an arch and a learning tower in October and we are still waiting! We have been in contact too many times with the company and were always told that it’s delated because of some excuse. And now they are not even answering.

I ordered Learning towel and get in 8 day no information about where it is. After many messages trough Messenger, Instagram and many emails arrived after 1 months finally the Learning towel. If you want to avoid yourself from stress and unsure don’t order from this site!!!

Did an oder and they just dissapeared!
hopefully i will get my money back...
Awfull experience never again

I ordered a learning tower and when I got it could see that the Quality is bad! It is a dangerous item for children. I immediately packed it back and sent an Email to start the returning process. As the company started ghosting by not replying I tried on Instagram. Even though I have the RIGHT to return the item within 14 days (in theit website they even wrote 30 days), they do not cooperate with the process. They deleted my comments (ALL RESPECTFUL) on instagram and by scrolling down I can see I’m not the only one with this problem. Now they demand “photos of the bad quality”, which they don’t have the right to ask for, just to delay the process until the time expires. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Do yourself a favour and do not ever buy there!!!
