Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Delivery was missing an item, that then was so late arriving that it missed the deadline I needed it for. It's such a shame, I was trying to support a small UK business with some reasonable ethical standards but overall it's just falls so short.

Absolutely appauling customer service

Absolutely appauling customer service. My machine broke after a few months, which I reported to Oh Bubbles. It has been over 2 months since I first reported the problem and they still haven't given me a refund even though the machine is under warranty. I have to wait over 2 weeks for them to reply to my email. TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered 2 bottles of Tonic water syrup

Ordered 2 bottles of Tonic water syrup. Received parcel promptly, but containing Lemon syrup. Sent an email to Customer Service, no response. Completed their website contact form, no response. Multiple calls to their telephone customer service number, which is a London based call handling service (Oh Bubbles is based in the North East), message says that no one is available at the extension. Checked on the Companies House website for alternative numbers, only to find that a notice was issued on 09/08/2022 that the company is in the process of being struck off. Please note that this is not the New Zealand website, but also the nationality of the sole director of the UK website is from New Zealand.

Non existent customer service

I’m giving the company 2 stars on the basis that their syrups are very nice. However, after ordering 2 replacement gas’s cylinders for my SodaStream, they have been awful. I filled in the online form to arrange for collection and return of the empty cylinders. Apparently you should receive a return label and a date for collection. Nothing. So I emailed their info line, and had one reply stating that I would receive an email with the return label that day……nothing. I’ve tried emailing several times….again nothing. The customer service is absolutely non existent. I’m now left with gas bottles that I can’t exchange with SodaStream and can’t return to the original company.
