Hi, I'm Chris — a British car mechanic with 27 years of hands-on experience, now living in Hong Kong, where I've called home since 2016, with my wife and two young children. For most of my life, I've been under the bonnet of cars, solving problems, keeping families safe on the road, and making sure things run smoothly. But as the years have gone by, one problem has weighed heavier than any engine fault: the future of our planet.
Becoming a father changed everything. Suddenly, the environment wasn't just a distant concern — it became personal. I look at my children and worry about the world they'll inherit. That worry has turned into determination. I want to do my part, however small, to make sure the next generation has a cleaner, safer future.
That's why I started this online store. My mission is simple: to bring together everyday products that are practical, well-made, and built to last. From reusable bags and containers to cleaning essentials, everything here is chosen with care. And because trust matters, I plan to personally test as many of these products as possible — if I wouldn't use it in my own home, I won't recommend it to yours.
My years as a mechanic also taught me something that doesn't get talked about enough: a well-maintained vehicle is an environmentally responsible one. Engine efficiency, tyre pressure, clean filters, and timely servicing all directly impact fuel consumption. A car running at its optimum burns less fuel, produces fewer emissions, and places less strain on the environment. Sustainability isn't just about what we buy — it's about how well we look after what we already have. That philosophy is at the heart of everything I do, both in the garage and in this store.
A word on shipping: I know what you might be thinking — doesn't shipping from China have a big carbon footprint? The reality is more nuanced. Our products are sourced and shipped from China. Our standard shipping uses consolidated sea and air freight, meaning your products travel alongside thousands of others in a single optimised shipment. Consolidated freight — whether by sea or air — is significantly more efficient than individual shipments. We do offer express shipping for those who need it, which does carry a higher carbon cost. We're upfront about that. If you can wait a little longer, choosing standard shipping is the more considered choice — and we appreciate every customer who does. (And yes, we're aware of the irony — a store that cares about what it sells, shipping from China. We think honesty beats a polished green story every time.)
We know some people raise an eyebrow at products made in China — but here's the truth: almost everything you own, regardless of the brand or price tag, was made in China or somewhere else in Asia. The difference isn't where it's made, it's who's choosing it and why. Every product in this store is selected for its quality and durability — not just its price. I wouldn't put my name to anything less.
This isn't just about selling products. It's about raising awareness, making small changes that add up, and showing that better choices don't have to be complicated. I want this shop to feel approachable, family-friendly, and honest — a place where you know the products are chosen with both expertise and heart.
As a mechanic, I've always believed in fixing things properly, not cutting corners. That same mindset drives this store. We can't fix the planet overnight, but we can start by making better choices today.
Thank you for joining me on this journey. Together, we can make a difference — for our children, and for the generations to come.
Cheers, Chris

Thank you so much for this wonderful review — it genuinely made my day! 😊
And I have to say, your message a little while back actually nudged me into getting my Trustpilot page set up — so it feels very fitting that you're our very first review here. Thank you for that too!
We're really glad the product arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and it's great to know the packaging did its job. We put a lot of care into making sure everything arrives just as it should.
It means a lot to hear that you felt supported throughout — we really do care about every customer's experience, and it's lovely when that comes through.
