Awful quality, awful customer service, temu quality at premium prices.
While the dress looked beautiful it was of substandard quality. It was bought in prep for a ball a couple of months before the event. Tried on once and hung up. When the day came I noticed the zip seam was coming apart, the bodice was tearing from the skirt and numerous seams were unravelling. I had to repair this dress before it was even worn as we had didn't have another ball gown to hand!!!
Customer service are claiming that as this dress has already been 'repaired ' they will not remedy the situation.
Please inspect your garments carefully upon receipt. This company is not trustworthy and is NOT selling the quality garments that it is charging for.
I'm disgusted with them and was so disappointed for my daughter.

I offered to send photos of the defects but was told, by Oh Hello that it would make no difference to my case, and that the repairs that I was forced to make before the dress was even worn counted as "alterations".

We take quality concerns seriously and always aim to investigate any reported issues thoroughly. In this case, we did respond to the original enquiry twice, requesting photos and further details so we could properly assess the concerns raised. Unfortunately, we did not receive any follow-up information or evidence, which meant we were unable to review or verify the issue.
As outlined in our policy, we ask that any faults are reported promptly upon receipt and before wear, with supporting images, so we can fairly assess and resolve matters. Where items have been worn and altered (including repairs), it becomes very difficult for us to determine the original condition or offer a remedy.
Very poor experience
Very poor experience. I ordered four dresses, one arrived damaged, and I returned three. Despite this, the company is charging me for two dresses even though I only kept one. I am extremely disappointed with this company and their customer service. I cannot recommend.

We reviewed your return carefully, including CCTV footage from when your parcel was received and processed, we sent this onto you.
This confirms that only two dresses were returned, which were refunded in full. The remaining items were not included in the return we received.
We can only refund items that are physically received back to us.

Fab brand and company. They ALWAYS go out of their way to help.
Beautiful dresses and perfect fit.
Being Irish is reason to support but being outstanding is a reason they are the go to brand.

Avoid! Crap quality, worse returns process
I ordered 2 dresses to wear as a wedding guest. Given the price, the quality was not reflected in the construction, detailing or fabric of the dresses. They were poorly made and felt like something from Shein. I then discovered that free returns are not offered and you must pay to return clothing to a Belfast postcode. There was an issue with delivery and I had to chase the contact us email to confirm they have received the dresses. I then waited over a week for the refund to be processed and I do believe that if I hadn't chased for the refund then they would have kept my money. Avoid avoid avoid!

I would not recommend this website at all. Ordered there dress for the first time, material was not good at all. Sizing is way too small. I returned the dress and had to pay 15€ for it! Then they contacted to me, saying the dress i send them back was dirty and full of hair.(Was not up to there return policy standart). I fold the dress nicely and used roll tape to clean it after trying it on and now they want me after all that still pay for the dress. Absolutely unfair! Really bad experience from them!

However, as outlined in our return policy, items must be returned in the same condition they were received so they can be resold to another customer. Unfortunately, the dress we received back was stained and covered in hair, which means it cannot be resold. For that reason, it does not meet the return standards required for a refund.
We genuinely wish the outcome could have been different, and we completely understand why you’re disappointed. Our policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives items that are new and in perfect condition, and we would never send an item in the condition the returned dress arrived in to another customer.
Never miss on the quality! Amazing value for money!

Absolutely fantastic service. It is the second time I got an Ball dress for my Daughter and we were thrilled both occasions. The dress was fantastic quality, arrived the next day, and I was able to use the discount code that was advertised at the top of their page. The dress was stunning, my Daughter loved it and the detail in the dress was so beautiful. I also signed up for a different size notification and I was able to return the size that didn't suit, it was very easy and I got the refund very quickly (using Klarna payment option also). Very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

Small sizing
I ordered a dress for my daughters TY ball. The service was fantastic, arrived within 2 days. However, the dress was so small it would not zip up at the back despite it being my daughters size. Had to return it sadly.

Your order was shipped successfully, however it was held by the courier due to import duties required for U.S. deliveries. These charges are set by the U.S. government and are not fees imposed or controlled by us. As the duties were declined, the parcel was returned to us by the courier.
We understand this can be frustrating, but unfortunately we’re unable to override or cover these charges on behalf of customers.

Brilliant service
Ordered two dresses the 7th of January late at night. Accidentally clicked on the click and collect option. Emailed the gang at Oh Hello Clothing straight away. They emailed me back early the next morning (the 8th) saying it had been changed to delivery and was no problem and I received my order on the 9th of January. Excellent service from the company, couldn’t have helped me enough and such quick responses.

First time ordering from this company and I'm quite pleased with my order. I ordered three dress options for my friends wedding. I am very happy with the quality of the everleigh soft satin dress but need to exchange for a bigger size. The dress is a gorgeous lemon colour and lined which i find many dresses I have tried didn't have. Overall very happy.

Not the best quality of material. Straps not adjustable hence had to pay an additional 40 on alterations. Sizing not the best either. Unfortunately don’t feel the dress is worth what I paid and wouldn’t recommend
