I hadn’t ordered from Oh Flossy before and after putting in an order for 3 skincare sets, I panicked and asked to cancel my order after reading the negative feedback here. Within a couple of days the owner emailed me to say my order had been dispatched and they would be happy to refund. The skin care kits look lovely and I hope my daughter and nieces will love them. Definitely not a scam, order arrived very quickly to UK considering they are based in Australia and great customer service

The delivery doesn’t arrive, there’s not even a status, it’s just a scam!
Be careful!
They withdraw money and do not deliver goods, they do not respond to emails

I placed an order for Christmas gifts. The products arrived ages after I ordered them. To be fair Oh Flossy were having a few issues and sent emails keeping everyone informed. So I didn’t mind receiving the products 2 months after I ordered them. However when they finally did arrive there were scratches all over them and weren’t even in packaging (they were meant to be paper milk bottles filled with kids eye shadows). The company expressed in emails an issue they were having with the production of the makeup and would be happy to rectify the issue for customers that received the defective products. When I emailed them with photos and requesting to return the items they got back to me several weeks later saying they were looking into my complaint and then I never heard from them again despite calls, text and email. I would never recommend using this company. Very very poor customer service. I now have kids makeup with scratches etc all over it that I was unable to use as gifts as they look second hand just sitting in my house. I’m all about supporting small business but this business is awful to deal with and clearly do not care about its customers. Do yourself a favour and use another provider for kids makeup.
