I ordered a tiger bag but realising when the payment went out I had accidentally ordered two, I sent one back costing me £10.00 plus £25 I paid for the bag,after numerous emails I was told there are no refunds because there made to order so I asked for the bag back to which they replied they dont receive the bags back they get destroyed, Absolute rubbish AVOID THIS COMPANY THERE JUST CON ARTISTS

Shows on their website a very sturdy looking protective phone case. Ordered it. Got a cheap piece of plastic printed phone case. Won’t refund my money. They get you to order it and then send a piece of crap that looks nothing like the picture. Even the printing is bad.

I ordered a shirt for MS over 3 weeks ago, never received a email about confirmation or have I received the product, but believe me they took money out of my account

I ordered one of their posters for my husband and I about a week ago. It arrived today and I asked my husband to open the package. He pulled out the poster and started unwrapping it. I watched his face and when he open it up and seen the wording he paused. Then he said this is beautiful. He and I love it! I highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you guys!

I ordered matching t-shirts for my wife and myself, about a day apart. Our sizes are very different. My wife's arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Mine did not arrive when expected. I contacted the company, and the immediately sent me a replacement. It is absolutely PERFECT. I could not be more pleased with the design, the quality of the shirts, or the customer service. I bought the shirt with the 3 horses on it. I absolutely love the saying. I bought it for my daughter-in-law who owns an Equine business.
She loves it.

My order was lost but this company made it right and I got my shirts and love them!!

Shirt quality is fine (if a bit large). My problem is with the overall experience of dealing with this company.
First, sure they say orders will be "delayed" due to Covid-19 but it took almost 3 months to receive the order I placed in mid-June. No other company I've dealt with has had such extreme delays.
Second, the email confirmation that the order finally shipped listed all three shirts but only 1 arrived. I went to check the order at the OOH Clothing web site but didn't see a second tracking number (it also showed it shipped 3 of the same shirt which was weird).
Third, after trying in vain to speak to a human on the phone, I clicked the link to file a "My order is missing or defective" report. There were fields to enter in my email and order number but no option to actually explain the problem. I submitted the report and received a reply that had a different link to file a claim (really?!).

TL;DR - Quality is okay but it took way to long to receive the product. Trying to get any information after receiving a partial shipment was pretty much impossible.

I ordered the cat tote. Not good quality the title said black cat leather tote. In the description it did say material. but it is very poor quality especially for the price. It is printed on material. And thin.not even close to the picture in ad.

I love my shirt, and it speaks truth. I have been complimented several times about it. I have also given the website to purchase one. I am also looking forward to purchasing another.

The print is not nearly as bright as I expected. It looked like I'd washed it for years but it's brand new. I feel the images are misleading.

I absolutely love the shirts I received however there was no pre warning of how long it would take to receive my shirts. There shouldn’t be a shipping fee When it takes this long to get to them other then that I love my shirts!

This company sold me a 2 pack of stickers. They look to be about the size of my hand on the website. They looked like they would be fairly large, and good quality. When they arrived, I found that the stickers were barely the size of a 50 cent piece. $10 a sticker, for something so small. They also arrived wrinkled, because there was absolutely no protection in the paper envelope they sent them in. Not worth the ridiculous amount they charged, never buying from this company again, totally a waste of money, and a bait and switch SCAM. So far they have refused to refund this junk order. Don't waste your money.

My initial order was wrong but they promptly shipped the correct item and allowed me to keep the wrong item at no additional charge. Quality and color is great. Fruit of the Loom 100% cotton tee.

I ordered the t-shirts and when they arrived I was impressed. They are good quality materials and sizes are true to fit. I love the shirts and highly recommend them. 3 to 4 weeks from order to delivery is not bad.

It took a little time to get it but what don't now days but I loved my stuff will order again
