Terrible customer service with meaningless answers - delivery was over 1 month and continual chasing to try an find out what was happening. If you have any sort of expecatations as to when you might recieve anything you buy from this company, look else where.

I ordered personalized fragile items for shipment to the U.S. Service was prompt and courteous. One item arrived damaged. Response was again prompt and courteous and the matter is being sorted. Top marks in every respect.

I only took one star off simply because there was something I wasn't clear about concerning the "Mapkins" that I bought. Not sure if it were a lack of my understanding or the product information wasn't explicit enough. That said, even though purchased around the very busy Christmas period I received a personal email response from the company explaining things perfectly.

I can't remember exactly the order to delivery time but it was very timely.

My friend loved the originality and quality of the gift and next time round I can order something for her to match.

I'd certainly use them again.

one item was poorly packaged and another was 2 days late

I am still awaiting a response regarding a missing order. I originally had some correspondence but that has since stopped. I will be asking for a full refund!

The gift I ordered arrived on time. It was personalised and took exactly the number of days stated. The only problem I had was I couldn’t track arrival. I logged in and it said I had no orders so I was concerned and sent an email to ask about it but got no reply. The gift is good quality although a bit smaller than I expected. It didnt say but I perceived it to be bigger. I am still pleased with the product
