Rude behavior by owner
I made an order on September 5th. After 10 days without any communication from the store as to when the delivery would be made, even though the website claims a few days of delivery only, I sent a few emails asking when I would receive my order. I received the rudest email I've ever seen in my life. Rude and aggressive. All because I had the "audacity" of asking where my order is. Truly disgusting for anyone dealing with clients to be talking to them like that. Sole reason why to never buy from this store.

Every time I’ve ordered from Oh My Greek the service, care and attention has been excellent.
After placing my order I realised it may not arrive in time for a gathering we were having in 3 days time.
I contacted them (Via Insta) and they managed to deliver everything within a day and a half!
Everything was really well packaged.
Will absolutely continue shopping from Oh My Greek.

Need Improvements
Positive Feedback:
1. Delivery driver called me to give her instructions as I wasn’t home. And she was really friendly.
2. One of the products (Merenda) was bigger pack than expected.
3. The box was packed nicely and without any damage.
Negative Feedback:
1. Delivery of the products were delayed for 1 week.
2. On the day of the delivery they didn’t provide a time slot when to expect or even if they would be here at that day so I could be home (so I wasn’t).
3. Some of the most important products were missing from the order and they didn’t notify me before the delivery.
