If I could give a zero star I would I purchased a wig from ohmypretty wig , it came damaged disarrayed, torn net, raggedy box and missing product, I ask for a return label they refuse they will not stand behind thier product do not purchase from them

The hair is absolutely gorgeous and they communicated when they had no stock of what I initially ordered. Love the hair so much is extremely soft and gorgeous!

Ordered 4 bundles 5 days ago still have yet to get them I ordered in the past two wigs never had a problem got them really fast but this time I can’t even track it and nobody is responding to my emails ..

They lie so bad about shipping and print labels and will hold your stuff 3-5 days before the even drop it off!! All that 3-5 day shipping is a lie I can’t stand companies who do business like this!! And this will be my VERY LAST TIME PURCHASING FROM HERE!!

Hair was really great and came very quickly!

This wig is so soft. There’s no bad smell. The lace is hd. The wig came perfectly plucked. This wig is really a put on and go wig. It’s great for beginners. If you don’t know how to install wig, this is this wig for you. Their customer support was great and responded immediately and was very helpful with my questions. So don’t walk run as fast as you can and buy this wig. These curls are beautiful.

The best experience ever ordering was smooth and easy. Delivery was a little slow because of the snow but the representative kept me informed on the delivery every step of the way. I love my wig it looks so natural and no shedding.

Took about 8 days and the wait was well worth it I will be ordering again the customer service is good as well they were very patient with me as I got a little frustrated waiting lol my wig was gluessless wig is soft I ordered 18 inch I do feel it’s 16 not 18 but the wig is soft pretty it was already Pre-Cut and came with so many goodies

The hair quality is thick and true to length. Initial delivery was very quick, although the exchange process took a little longer than expected. Customer service is really good and very responsive. This is my second wig from them and I’ll definitely be ordering again. Very pleased

I’ve ordered one time in the past and had no issues. This second time I purchased a wig on 12/6 today is 12/18 and still have not received my order. I went online to see where they was at with my order and it’s showing “paid not shipped”. I reached out twice yesterday through the chat box and no response. Then I emailed. I’m currently waiting on a reply. If I don’t hear back I will be contacting my credit card company to get my refund and order from where I normally order from and leave this company alone
