I ordered a memorial bear for my best friend’s daughter’s first birthday of her grandfather who passed away in 2020. The bear was beautiful and made my friend cry. It arrived timely and nicely packaged. I’ve recommended this company to others looking for similar gifts.

I ordered the elephant with my favorite picture of my mom and dad on it. My dad passed away about 2 1/2 years ago and he LOVED elephants. I will be gifting it to my mom for Christmas and I know she is going to absolutely love it. I cried when I opened it. It's so precious and will be cherished forever! Thank you for helping me provide my mom with a gift that will help her through her hardest days. We miss him very much! You have been so kind and informative throughout the whole process. These teddy's are amazing, so beautiful. I can't wait for my kids to see them Christmas morning. After losing their dad these teddy's will mean they always have him near and can give him a cuddle.

At first I was nervous because I thought I wasn’t getting updates. However I was so wrong they went to my junk folder and they were definitely not junk! I bought a unicorn teddy with 3 photos on in a specific way and it was done perfectly the writing was beautiful. The teddy is great quality and would recommend anyone who is looking for a beautiful gift to get one. I will definitely be getting another one in the time to come. The team are wonderful, polite and great at what they do.
Get yours as soon as they are cheap for price but the quality is beyond this world.
Delivery was fast especially being so close to Christmas.

I received my order a few days ago and it just lovely! Like many below I ordered in advance for Christmas and it did take a while to come, however this was expected due to the holidays & with the work they are doing on it I don’t mind waiting, specially for a small team. I was always kept informed with the time it was going to take and always reassured that it would be here in time for Christmas which it was.

I put my order in and thankfully i did receive an update email that Francesa and her team were working around the clock trying to get orders completed and sent out. I did wait a bit to receive my order but I understood this time of year gets hectic and can get busy. I have read some of the lower reviews and honestly for the beautiful work she has done with my order, it was well worth the wait. I hope others take the time to read my review to hopefully change their perspective a little. This gift isnt for me it is for one of my best friends who lost her husband earlier this year in March. He was a dear good friend of mine and when i opened the package i nearly sobbed because of how beautiful it was. It was exactly how i requested it. Thank you so much for bringing me some comfort i can not wait to give this to my best friend on Christmas. Be kind to these hard working businesses.
