Their chat support is filled with Donkeys who can't do even simple things.I got a promo code in email from them so I registered my account to use the promo code.
After registration I verified my email then I tried to redeem the code but it didn't work.I contacted their chat support and informed about the issue.The chat agent was very rude and wasted 1 hour of my time and didn't even fix the issue.Then he Blocked me from chat so that I can't request for a new promo code as the earlier one didn't work.
