Huda fake

I bought the huda beauty obsession palettes and went with the klarna buy now pay later. When the stuff came I returned it to them. I emailed for a returns slip but my emails kept coming back. There was a return address on the label that was addressed to me which said to return to a PO box so I returned the goods but ive now got klarna on my back wanting money even when I've explained the website has vanished so god knows, please be careful as apparently its opened up under a different name.

DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS…

DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have had one of the worst customer service experiences with this company - ever. I ordered a Jaclyn Hill Morphe eyeshadow palette as a Christmas present in October, and did not receive the item until February. I had to send numerous emails to find out what had happened to my parcel as my payment had been taken out in the October and I still had no product to show for my purchase. After months of waiting I requested a refund and took all of the necessary measures and step told to take in order for them to process the refund.

Ultimately I was ignored and came home to the package randomly without warning, and I no longer even wanted it, as I had bought a replacement Xmas present.

When the product eventually did arrive, the packaging looked cheap and the pictures pixelated - which suggests it is not the original, legitimate product.

The prices are hugely discounted for a reason - the products are FAKES. There was no customer service number to ring, and the email exchanges I did have were automated and very robotic and barely addressed my needs. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A SCAM. I ORDERED A HUDA PALETTE IN JANUARY AND NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM. I CONTACTED THE BUYER BUT NEVER HAD A RESPONSE. I REPORTED THEM TO THE BANK BUT OHSOBEAUTY TRIED TO DENY THE CLAIMS BY PROVIDING FAKE TRACKING DETAILS. DO NOT BE FOOLED AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Awful experience

I ordered some brushes, Tarte concealer and, of course, Huda Beauty Nude palette. I thought that it mast be one package & 3 items, but I'v only got odd smelling palette. I e-mailed them, but they told that the others goods are in a separate package. So I have been waiting for my brushes and concealer for a month and got the worst shopping experience.

HOW TO GET A REFUND

OhSoBeauty = DripBay = GeneralBeautyStore: They are all the same.
Listen up, If like me you had a run in with these counterfeit scumbags and have lost out on money then you should contact your bank and ask to dispute the charges. Advise your bank that you have not been able to get in touch with the seller or they have refused your refund. OhSoBeauty is now closed down...clearly, they have been found out but they still operate under many pseudonyms so make sure you buy from a registered company.

Trading standards are already aware of this company and their "returns address" which when visited they claimed that it was used by many different people. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Since I can't comment on other reviews here you can leave a comment on my YouTube (Salberry) and I'll try and assist with any advice I can. Hope this helps someone that's out of pocket!!

Just wanted to let people know that the new ohsobeauty has emerged as "Drip Bay" offering all the same lower prices for Huda , Tarte, etc. They set up Dec 4th 2018 and it's the same Chinese BS copy products.

Do not order! Scam!

Do not order!
I should've looked at the reviews first, I should have paid no attention to the little countdown timer that told me how long I had to complete my purchase but alas, I did not. And now I'm out of pocket and have no products! I have replied to the e-mail which told me my payment has been successful but no response. I have also scoured high and low to try and find some trace of them in the hopes that there's a shipping number or some such thing but no, no webpage anymore, no IG, no FB, no anything.
So, the good news is they're probably gone! The bad news is my money is too! I spoke to the bank and they're hopeful they'll get my money back for me, so if you find yourself reading this because you haven't received your products, contact either PayPal (interestingly I didn't have the option to pay with PayPal) or your bank! There may be hope yet!

Scammers

Scammers. Do not order from ohsobeauty or generalbeautystore. Scammers. Ordered the Huda Beauty Emerald Obsessions palette. Everything was confirmed, money was taken out of my account in a flash and I haven’t received the item after 2 weeks (yet they said postage would be 2-4 days). I messaged them on Instagram and they read it and blocked me! Don’t bother falling for the cheap prices.. it’s all a scam!

Wouldn’t recommend

I placed a order back in October and still haven’t received my goods. The status of the order kept changing and now it says complete. Iv sent them a few emails and no one has got back to me. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Waste of money. They’ve cheated me out of my money, I’m really disappointed.

Avoid!

Avoid! I ordered Mac matchmaster foundation and studio fix powder in nc35, shade was showing in stock and available at point of ordering this was on 4th Jan, had an email to say goods are being delivered 12-17th Jan however nothing came, sent an email to chase it up..no response so sent a msg via messenger and they responded to say they emailed me advising my shade was out of stock! Never had that email so that was BS plus they took the money for the goods immediately so why would they process my order if my items are not in stock? Confronted them about it and also went back into their website to see if my shade was now out of stock, surprise surprise still showing in stock sbc available to order so I think this a scam! Sent screen shots of my transaction and the products on their site but no response just got an generic email saying my order has been refunded! Won’t use them again,
