One month later and even with a written…

One month later and even with a written engagement, that the 3 pairs of glasses would be delivered within 2-3 weeks later, still nothins. I'va again written 3 mails and tried to call them 4 times, no answer! I'll now contact the police and depose a plaint against OhSpecs for their fraud; It's enough now!

I'm very surprised as my previous…

I'm very surprised as my previous review posted in february disappeared from Trustpilot??? After mu Order status hasn't changed since 23rd january, after 6 emails and trying contact OhSpecs thur Instagram, Facebook, Online chat and multiple trials per phone, I haven't got any answer until today! This is absolutely unacceptable and when I have a look to the company informations, I realize, that this company is about to clos! So all those people who have already paid their order, wont' get their order? Is it that what's going on??? I now intend to contact European legal places ti check out if this is a fraud....

I feel scammed- don’t recommend!

I feel scammed
Waiting for glasses for way over the promised timelines and phone number is cut and emails don’t get any response after over a month!
Want to cry and still unable to have my very needed glasses 👓🥵

The product is great But SERVICE IS CRAP!

The product is great, although very limited styles for men. However no responses to emails, no responses to Instagram questions, no responses to what's app messages, and no response to Facebook posts! Apart from automated AI thanks for reaching out. The onsite chat also gives no response! Absolute shambles and utter bollocks!
Wanted to place a second order and order a new set of lenses to replace scratched ones! Obviously don't want my second order!
SHAME AS THE GLASSES ARE BRILLIANT BUT NO STAFF BY THE LOOK OF THINGS!!! 😬 😬 😬

No response from company

I ordered glasses from this company a couple of years ago and everything was fine. Because of that, I decided to order again in December. Unfortunately, this time the experience has been very disappointing. I haven’t received any updates since December 29th, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I tried contacting the company several times by phone and email, but got no response. I’m very disappointed and am now planning to contact the consumer protection department.

Almost non existent custom service

I’ve ordered from them before (in 2023 and 2021) and previously been very happy with the experience. However, I made an order on 11th of December 2025 and have yet to recieve my glasses. I understand there may be delays due to the holidays, but the situation is made worse by the fact that customer service does not reply. I sent my first email on 12th of December, asking for a receipt, they have yet to reply. Now I have written to them again on 6th and 8th of January with no replies. Either reply in a couple of minutes like you advertise or change the welcome texts.

Update: I’ve changed my rating from one star to three stars, as after some communication via phone I was able to get a refund. I understand that the non-delivery of the glasses was not due to any fault of the company, however, the lack of communication was not appreciated. Not sure if I will order again.

Perfect

The glasses I ordered are perfect for me. It was very easy to order them, I was able to see how they looked on me before ordering and to get the sizing right.
A very stylish pair of spectacles at a very good price.

Bought hair a pair of glasses

Bought hair a pair of glasses, like, you know, as a typical online customer, checked the assortment, found the pair that would fir my style the best and ordered it... Nothing was difficult to be honest and navigation was seamless on the website as well as the process of issuing an order.

BUT! MY glasses came to me without lenses :D Damn, idk why but there were no lenses while it's thought to be the most expensive detail in glasses. I had to pay almost the same price for lenses=)) Not good.

Excellent service

Excellent service, generous prices. I have been using their products for a few of years now, have one pair for reading and one with progressive lenses. Last month my reading glasses got broken, so I reached out to OhSpecs for another pair. Turns out I was one of the first clients ever, so to my surprise they offered me a free pair!
They have an eye check cabinet in my town, also free. Visited in August last year, pleasant experience as well.
Thanks to the employees for their attention and good service.

This company monst likelty fraud

This company monst likelty fraud. After the payment I never recived the product and not allow to refund. I kept in touch with them more than 2 months and never get anything. Pls refund me if you are not going to able to ship the product. This experience was horrible

Let me recount the sequence of events for clarity:

Your order, placed on October 11, was completed and dispatched within the timeframe stipulated in our contract.
In early November, there were issues with the delivery due to problems with the address you provided, as noted in the delivery status and courier service report. Consequently, the parcel was returned to our laboratory.

Over the following three weeks, we communicated via email with you, and we assured you that upon receipt of the returned package, we would resend it at our expense.
However, during this period, we observed anonymous comments on various platforms, accusing our company of fraudulent activity (during the phone conversation you confirmed that you left them).
On December 4, following your series of comments, I personally reached out by phone to explain our actions and highlighted the legal implications of posting false information in reviews. We agreed that, pending the final report from the delivery service, we would decide whether to resend the order or issue a refund.

I would like to reiterate that our company has adhered to the terms of our contract, manufacturing and dispatching your order on time. The delivery issue arose from address-related problems, not from our end. Despite this, we have shown a willingness to resolve the matter amicably by offering to resend the package at our expense.

It is regrettable that the situation has escalated in this manner. We remain committed to resolving this issue constructively and would appreciate a collaborative approach moving forward.

The price-quality ratio is excellent

The price-quality ratio is excellent. Great service and responsive staff. All questions were answered quickly and professionally when ordering. After 1.5 years there was a problem with one frame. Since this model was already discontinued, I was offered to choose any model of glasses and absolutely free of charge, under warranty, I got brand new glasses. Thank you Robert, for your responsiveness and professionalism!)

I'm positively delighted!

I'm positively delighted about my first experience with OhSpecs.
I received personnal advices by email that were very accurate and the person who answered me was competent, available and very nice.
I received my glasses in advance and they are completely correct and very beautiful.
And the price was very low.
