Ordered a custom length headphone cable. It arrived today, and it's perfect. Plus friendly, helpful service, and free biscuits -what more could you ask?

I’ve recently received my second cable from OIDIO Sound for a new pair of headphones and once again the experience has been excellent.
JT maintained prompt communication throughout the process, keeping me updated on production times as well as dispatch and tracking details, which made the whole experience feel very personal and professional.

The cables themselves are fantastic — high quality, beautifully made, and the level of customisation available is a huge advantage. You can really tailor everything to exactly what you want. Packaging was also very nicely done and added to the premium feel when receiving the order.

I would happily recommend OIDIO to anyone looking for high-quality custom headphone cables and great customer service.

Ordered a 3m Pellucid PLUS lead for my Focal headphones. It just arrived, beautifully made and beautifully packaged - and what a fabulous step up from the slightly disappointing brown plastic lead supplied by Focal in any and every way. Much more detail is available as instruments and sounds are teased out into separate strands and you can listen to any one of them and clearly hear what the musician is doing with it. No audible microphony. Love the "Rockstar" wrap. I hoped I'd be impressed - I most certainly am.

Superb, cheerful service as well; order acknowledged. within minutes, and the finished item was despatched days ahead of their stated schedule. Oh, and thanks for the little packet of Biscoff cookies. Nice touch, and very nice with a cuppa while I get used to the extra detail and bigger sound stage enabled by my new lead! Highly recommended.

i bought a new cable for my Audio Technica R70x after the stock one started to fail, this OIDIO Mongrel cable is of very high quality and they offer a large range of colour and connector options, i got 1.25 metre litz copper with XLR4 in red/purple
they included some lotus biscoff biscuits in the parcel too, very nice

Ordered a silver coated copper cable upgrade for my new audeze mm 100.....the difference is night and day, well worth the money, cable looks beautiful, so we'll made and coated. Highly recommended, thanks

I’m genuinely impressed! My order was dispatched the very same day even though I placed it late and it still arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The packaging was spot on: strong, secure, and clearly sealed with skill and care. Honestly, I was blown away by how much attention went into it, especially considering this was just a small value order.

The website itself was easy to navigate, the checkout smooth, and the postage rates refreshingly reasonable. But the real cherry on top? A little sweet treat tucked inside the box, completely unexpected and it made my day.

Found this company through a search engine & pretty happy I did. Ordered a 3.5m cable for my Sennheiser HD800S headphones. I had a brainstorm & ordered completely the wrong colours!!! They changed all this for me after I'd placed the order. Arrived within the specified time & I found the sound to be slightly more detailed than the stock Sennheiser. Also, a slightly bigger soundstage.

I am really impressed with Oidio cables and JT who advised me on my purchase. I could have been told to buy the most expensive cable for my new headphones and would have, but JT advised me that for my needs this was not necessary, so I ordered the spec he recommended. It took 10 days for the handmade cable to arrive and the attention to detail in the way it was packaged further demonstrated that JT cares a lot about his products and his customers. It's very rare these days to come across this level of service so I wanted to write a review by way of thanks and recommendation.

As for the cable I am really pleased with it, not only does it look fantastic it has noticeably opened up the sound of my headphones so has been a great investment.

Literally, the best customer service I ever received . The quality of the cables are excellent ( I like it more than some cables that I have that cost 3 times more ) .
I bought one for my Hifiman 1000 stealth and another for the Beyerdynamic dt1990 pro.

I recently took delivery of a OIDIO headphone cable to replace the poor Focal supplied cable and am extremely pleased with the quality OIDIO product. I mistakenly ordered the wrong cable however I can only praise the excellent communications and customer service from OIDIO. A swift refund and corrected order resulted in a newly made cable supplied ahead of expected time-scale and in time for Christmas. Well done OIDIO.
