I ordered Tights from Oilily webshop and received by mistake a different colour. That was wonderfully and promptly corrected by simply sending me the correct product. I could keep also the Tights that were sent by mistake.

After some difficulty with ordering (since the payment part of the site wasn't working), I'm pleased with the lovely Oilily tights. Our four-year old daughter loves them too!

I was kept informed with all aspects of my purchase, from payment to delivery by Dpd. My only concern was that I had difficulty in negotiating the Oilily webpages on my iPhone. This might just be down on me being inept!

Finally I found a Dutch brand for women's bags, and it is quite colorful and special. I bought one back bag for my wife on line, the delivery is fast, and my wife like the bag very much. Now I am planning to buy a shoulder bag for my sister as a gift of Spring festival.

I have been buying from Oilily since the early 90s. I was devastated when they closed all their US storefronts. I hesitate to buy things like this online as I like to see/feel/touch the fabric, knits, etc. but I have had nothing but positive experiences from the Oilily online shops. I will continue to buy from them in the future.

Everything arrived very fast. The outfits were beautifully shipped with tissue, individual wrapping and careful packaging.

Bag was delivered in a wet through cardboard box that had a single sticker over the front, this had opened and so the package was open when delivered.
