I ordered my new purse on Sunday and it arrived by Wednesday. Was not expecting it that quickly! Overall a good shopping experience and would have no reservation ordering from them in the future, or recommending them to others!

I am very pleased with the quality of the clothes and bags I purchased: nice rabrics, good finishings and very comfortable. Also, the shipping was quick and tracked, no issues whatsoever with packaging either.
Beware though that in my opiniom the clothes are a bit larger than usual. It would be excellent if a more precise size chart would be available. The items I bought in my usual size are a bit larger than expected but fit well after minimal tailoring.

Efficient and polite

The eldest daughter (just twenty) was browsing through boxes of old and very old photos. Thrilled she studied the 'super cute outfits' she wore. The hilarity ran high when she found a picture where I myself stood as a young mom with a summer fur checkered pants suit that she herself wore last summer to chill in the garden. As the youngest, just twelve, overjoyed with her just arrived red checkered dress jumps into the room of her big sister to show off the new addition, she is told bluntly that the dress is quite nice, but nothing for her ... little later, big sister showed up to apologize: why she was so blunt, was that she was jealous because she outgrowed those cute dresses ... But since she has the same sizes of her mom, we can go on for ever ;-) ! Oilily never gets boring!

This week I received 2 beautiful coats I bought for my twin granddaughters! They are very happy with the coats! More then 30 years ago I bought Oilily in the Oilily shop in Arnhem for my daughters! And now I can do it for my granddaughters!

Everything was fine although next time I might not take dpd since they didn't deliver the package properly.
