and speedy delivery! Over the moon with the product when it arrived, really good size bag, brilliant quality material and cant wait to use it.

Sorry but this feedback is not a pleasent one.
- Good things: free delivery, design.
- Bad things: Very poor quality, it is allegedly 100% wool, but it looks and feels cheap, you can literally see through it. It is not faultty, it is just poor quality of the fabric. Way too overpriced. It is definitely not a 200€ cardigan.
Similar experience as whe people buy clothes on Aliexpres by the apearance of the picture, but the reality has nothing to do with it. But in this case is a 200€ joke.
- Summarazing: I woudnt recommend this shop to any friend (Even I was a fan for many years). And this is my last order to this shop.

We thought we were purchasing a jumper but when we package got home, we realized it was a t-shirt. The image on the website was not clear, nor the title of the article. Furthermore, the shipment is very expensive, 20€ for an article which cost is 50€... And now we have to pay for the return!

I've received a jacket that has unsewn parts- back & two arms. It looked totally unfinished product.

I was sent another bag than I had ordered. They shipped me - immediately the same day - the right bag, paid the shipping costs I had to make while sending the wrong bag back and added me a small gift inside the box with the right bag:-).

I bought a new wallet and backpack. Both are even better than expected as photos can only show colors...but texture, the FEEL of the product must be experienced. I love both of my items!
