Did not receive a brand new watch
Bought a Citizen men's Eco-Drive chrono watch, ref. CA0345-51L from this seller's webstore. I was expecting to receive a brand new watch, instead the piece I received came with multiple scratches on its bezel, a strap with inner rubbing marks from constant rubbing against its clasp, and no protective plastic films of any kind anywhere on the watch. This clearly was a showroom floor unit that was previously handled by customers and not a brand new unit from the vault. This watch's condition was not described anywhere on its product page at the webstore. Needless to say, I am highly disappointed.

I would recommend, but not perfect
My experience with oiritaly was great - I found one Casio Pro Trek watch that was rare to find. The price was also very good, the seller was quick and efficient, so - no problems there - I would recommend oiritaly to everyone!
Still, the only thing I didn't like is that the watch was sent in a box of an other model - not in the original one. Personally, I don't mind much, yet I would expect original packaging when I buy an original watch from a reliable store.
