Purchase Experience

Product: Citizen Promaster NY0040-09E

This review is about Oiritaly, not the watch.

Pros:
-Reputable seller (Found out about it in the Watchuseek forums).
-Fast shipping to the US (10 days after purchase, 4 days ahead of schedule).
-Watch was packaged with care to avoid damage.
-Watch comes inside a plastic oxygen tank, which is a pretty cool touch (it's a Diver's watch after all).
-Included is the manual and the international warranty card.
-Gift wrap ang ribbon also included (didn't ask for it).

Cons:
-Website is not the easiest to use, even after changing the language to English.

Overall, I'm extremely pleased with Oiritaly, and would use them again in the future

Oiritaly highly recommended!

Watch bought at Oiritaly and this was delivered to the Netherlands very quickly! They have a friendly crew and they are very helpful.

The watch was delivered very quickly and neatly packaged. The strap turned out to be a bit damaged, but after contacting customer service it was agreed that a new strap would be sent, great!

Highly recommended!

I ordered from this website even though…

I ordered from this website even though I'm from the USA. I was a bit skeptical but I thought to take the chance. Glad I did. The shipping was SUPER fast. Even amongst all the slow shipping due to COVID. It got to me in less than a week. No issues at all. I will be using this website again in the future!

First-order went perfect, exactly which was subscribed, express delivery within 24h from Italy to Germany, and for all the staff is very kind to give more specific details and speaks fluent English. In short words, excellent!!
