We ordered a bed for our twins on 19 May, for their birthday on 5 June; it's now 25 June and we still have not received the final parcel of the order, after OK-living has shipped the parcel 3 times again and again via DPD, that refuses to deliver it because it is too heavy. I fail to understand how this is possible, and no other solution is explored. A delay is always possible but this is simply unacceptable, and we will not order from ok-living again

The experience with Ok-Living was disappointing due to multiple delivery issues and significant delays in receiving our bed. Despite friendly customer service, the process took almost two months, with missing and incorrect boxes causing frustration. We are unlikely to order from Ok-Living again.
