I ordered this glass product from the Fenwick store in Kingston over the phone as a birthday present. I had already contacted several stores closer to me, but none had it in stock—Fenwick in Kingston was the only one with a single item left. They warned me it is made of glass, and I took the chance.
The product arrived four days later and was in perfect condition.
I spoke to a couple of staff members over the phone, and they were all very helpful and friendly throughout the process. Thank you very much—5* service!

I had such a wonderful experience with the sales team at OKA Kingston. The salesperson who assisted me, Megan the home stylist was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. She really took the time to help me find the perfect pillow set for my couch and also helped me choose the right lampshade to match one I had previously purchased from OKA Guildford.
There was also another colleague working with her whose name I unfortunately forgot to get, but she also did a fantastic job with customer service. She went out of her way to find the right information about a product I was interested in and made sure it was exactly what I was looking for.
I was so pleased to meet such wonderful salespeople. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help truly made my shopping experience even better. Staff members like them make such a big difference, and they are a real credit to your team.

Visited new concession in Kingston. A great space, like a (very) mini Chelsea within Fenwicks. Customer service from Charlie was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t do enough to help. OKA cushions are just the best anywhere, beautiful.
