Terrible service evan with most expensive yearly subscription
Be aware don't buy its not the cameras it's the app

I wanted something as small as possible so as to be as inconspicuous as could be while still not costing a lot (I know, a lot to ask for) and O-KAM delivered!!! For $32.99 I got a tiny camera that fits virtually anywhere and the quality of the video really is excellent. I’m 60 years old and have never bought anything like this before in my life and I have to say, I am quite pleased. There is one downfall, however, isn’t there always, and that is the battery life. It says it will last up to 3 or 4 hours but it doesn’t and even if it did, that’s just not enough time although it just hit me now as I am writing this that one could use a portable battery and charger cord, depending on where you want to put it. And now that I just thought of that I am excited all over again!!! All in all I would say it is a well spent $33!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a solar camera but have to plug it in a charger every week as it keeps running out of charge. And as for sensitivity.. forget it.. it only records what it likes!
And.. as expected.. no customer service available..!

Those is definitely not what I expected. The Camera will record a car passing but won't record a person on my porch. Also you have to log in almost everytime you use the app. Garbage and wouldn't refer to anyone.

If you want dodgy, you are in luck because this company is very dodgy. Fake reviews stating that they talked to a call centre. (Okam don't have a call centre) but there is a help desk they are just rude and not helpful at all.

It’s a con don’t buy! Cloud service steals your credit card. I don’t trust app.. it’s very seedy! I’ll never buy anything from temu again. Just look at how they wrote hundreds of fake reviews just to down play the real ones..

Camera doesn't record activity but record's non activity... Recording video between 3/5 minutes long and nothing on them and further more it was recording every 5 minutes.
Open the App and it turns on the 4 LEDs on front of the camera both day and night...I have tried O Kam support and it's like talking to a computer... Finally it's was listed as a 4K , far from it.. .Full HD at best. This camera has issues that maybe a software update might fix. Sorry I bought it 😞..
Updating this review now on the 4th Match 25....Omg..this camera is totally useless, won't connect to a very good internet broadband...high speed, .. and it won't return to the home position on recording even though there's supposed to be a home position ..O Kam Pro me ass...... Seriously don't buy this load of junk.😡😭

4G cameras not working in Australia. Tried a number of SIM's, all failed.

They work fine in a phone, but no go in cameras

No customer support.
Turns off Human Detection every day.

Wifi connection flawed even when signal is strong
Can't locate installed SD card

Cameras work great, but there is no 24 hour recording. They say the tf card but even that doesnt work. So I'm at a loss. I tried googling it. An still no results. Of course no number to call, ugh.....

You have no contact support number or mail address, infuriating. Works great but has no internal battery, which it doesn't state. Have to run a cord up the wall if you want to hang it, or to wherever you want to place it.
