If you are having problems in Spain (as I did with this company). There is a legal proceedure to follow. Google search for "Hojas De Reclamaciones". It's a Spainish complaint form that companies in Spain are legally required to give customers if they have a complaint. Write to OK Mobility and ask them for the form withín a set number of days (e.g. 5 business days). If they don't send the form complain to the Spainish authorities who will then investigate the company.
OK Mobility Barcelona = SCAMMERS and…
OK Mobility Barcelona = SCAMMERS and RIP-OFFS!
This company is pure fraud. They change the terms on the spot, double the deposit, suddenly “block” your credit card, and then force you to buy a ridiculous €550 insurance on a €290 rental. Every customer gets systematically scammed.
After refusing for an hour, suddenly everything “worked” again as if nothing was wrong – clear proof of deliberate fraud.
OK Mobility = LIES, ABUSE and THEFT.
They ruin your holiday, steal your money and treat customers like dirt.
WARNING: Don’t fall for this. NEVER rent from OK Mobility!
Really bad experience with this agency, do not book via Brokers. You will get screwed without any compensation.
Really bad experience with this agency. We booked a car through Carflexi for 250 Dirhams (paid online), but when we arrived they said the real price was 250 Euros. The staff didn’t want to help or call Carflexi, so we had to do it ourselves from Morocco, ending up with almost €20 in phone charges plus the €8 lost booking fee. In the end, no car as booked and we had to rent another one at a higher price. Really frustrating.
Avoid buying a used car from OK if possible. After service is terrible
I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from OK Mobility in May.
When the car was delivered in June it was in very good condition -- so far so good.
However it came with only one set of keys , no code for the radio and no instruction book.
I have chasing the Sales guy I dealt with -- Dan Saavedra who has been singularly unhelpful in getting the problem resolved and I think is now "ghosting " me -- ignoring.
It might sound trivial but getting a second key from Jeep is not without issues not to mention the cost of €500 for a replacement.
I would suggest that you avoid buying directly from OK and you might have more success and back up buying the car through Caixa Bank who have a relationship with OK.
It is now nearly August and I have been sending information request emails to Mr Saavedra since the car was delivered at the beginning of June.
If I ran my company this way I am sure that I would lose customers very quickly.
Fraud! Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. We paid 253 EUR for a car for 12 days. When whe got there, we apparently had to have a physical credit card (we only had debit). Therefore we had to buy an insurance for 625 EUR (which is 3 times the price of the car).. Biggest fraud I have ever experienced. Do not rent a car here
OK mobility will steal from you
I paid for Premium insurance which cost €296 on the top of the hire car price. This should include roadside recovery. After a tyre puncture I was charged €390 for roadside recovery. Absolutely disgusting company. Poor customer service. Total refusal to refund MY money. I will take it to my bank. DO NOT HIRE A CAR WITH OK MOBILITY. THEY ARE NOT OK AT ALL!!!
Please when you rent from this company…
Please when you rent from this company make sure you do a video of the car inside and out. I have had many experiences of the company and they will try to scam you. I got caught the first time but learnt.
Do your detailed video and make sure you get them to check your car at drop off. The last time I dropped off they said there was damage to the vehicle but from my video it was apparent it was previous un noted damage!! I got caught once for 600Euros ( I had insurance) but it is not the point. Why should we be paying again for somebody elses damage. And lazy staff.
Fraud don't waste your time and money
They cancelled my booking
They cancelled my booking. Had booked from 13.00 and put in my flight number which they acknowledge. But they told me they only hold the booking 1 hour because I booked through a third party. They wanted €70 extra because they only had a larger car. Liars they just wanted more money paid directly to them. They knew I'd arrive and had paid on a nonrefundable booking. Should have been super clear during the booking process that they would only keep the booking for one hour after booked pick up time. Never have I experienced this before and I've booke +50 hire cars. Never returning to QEEQ or ok mobility.
I intend to leave a bad review every day
I intend to leave a bad review every single day until I receive a refund. I booked a car through doyouspain with voucher number DYS / 155752149 and was given the wrong address to collect it on the voucher as well as the google maps address being incorrect. I was therefore unable to collect the car but was still charged for it.
Ok Mobility accepts that doyouspain should refund my booking but says that they have no power to do anything about it. I have contacted do you spain on 3 occassions and been ignored.
Their office is also currently a porto cabin and so the last 2 times I have been there I have had to wait for 2 hours outside in the sun.
Thief company.
Thief company.
This is a comment i found here, it happened the same to me so I repost it:
PD: They ask for score of 9 - 10 and below they attach 2 pdfs with the receipt and the car damages they invented.
First of all they dont accept a full insurance purchased on booking.com where i booked a car.
Second they charge you for scratches, eventhough i have video that these scratches were there before, the agent by pick up checked the video and said that everything is fine. But after 3 days i receive an email that they will take 150 euro from my account for the scratches. Not existing customer service. I reported on booking.com
Deposit Scam
Thief company.
Never ever! UNACCEPTABLE!

Very very bad company
After calling three times to postpone my reservation because a flight cancellation each agent gave me a different solution.
The best solution was to pay an hotel by myself and pay for another reservation.
They are 0 customer centric and they treat their clients as sheep
A very very bad and scamming company
A very very bad and scamming company. Avoid at any costs!!
They're upselling insurrances at extremely high costs (€330) even though you already have one they keep pushing for this. Creditcard will be rejected and you will be forced to accept the inssurrance. After 2 days because of a flat tire they took our car away (instead of replacing the tire with a new one?) We haven't received any replacement car afterwards. We've been calling for days during our holiday with no reponse at all.
Also when hiring a childseat, it's your own responsibility and nothing will be set up when you're picking up your car. So don't expect any service at all.
They offered to pay for a taxi (€225) back to the airport, but we haven't seen any compensation. We filed for a claim afterwards because there isn't any way possible during the time of the rental agreement, but with a simple "rejection" notice they're not willing to compensate in any way after taking our car away.
If you want to enjoy your holiday relax and peacefully, please avoid this horrible company! ❌
Keep well away from this car hire…
Keep well away from this car hire company . Hired a car from them ,picked it up at the airport . We looked round the car and found a mark on the rear wheel arch. Picked it up on video then did the whole car. Dropped the off back at the airport no one to accept keys or check the car over so we left the keys in the box . A week later got a bill for 360 euros . Rang them liased with them sent the video of the damage which the video had a time and date stamp . Took them 6 months to reply hoping that you would have forgotten then they just ignore you . Still haven't got my refund 18 months later .
Have you noticed that they never reply to someone who has slaughtered them. Thieves that's what they are even Dick Turpin wore a mask . Don't think they'll get that one
I was robbed in Alicante for 280 euros
I was robbed in Alicante for 280 euros. They say I broke the mirror, but in the photos I took the mirror was undamaged. they don't want to give the money back. They talk nonsense. They made me understand that if I compleyn, they would take more from my card. ordinary Thieves. I didn't damage anything in their car.
OKmobility isn’t trustworthy. Don’t use them.
I have rented a car Fiat500 - contract 5375553.
It was returned as I received it, without any other scratches than there was before. Later on I was charged 460€ directly from my account.
I have sent 5 emails to the company with photos as a documentations, without any response.
At a personal contact in the airport, the employee told me that they had changed me 200€ to much, and I would receive the 200€ later. I haven’t seen the money yet.
Don’t trust the OKmobility.
Don’t rent a car at OKmobility
Rented a SUV in Pisa/Italy
Rented a SUV in Pisa/Italy. At the AirPort. Great price! We turned down the offer to buy their own expensive insurance since I had already bought a cheap ”full insurance” from Rentalcars. They can’t see that, though. When I told them I already bought a full insurance from Rentalcars they told me ”No, no! Not full. It doesn’t cover windows, tires bla bla”. BUT Rentalcars cheap full insurance DOES cover that. My sister who traveled with us got a stone-shot on the windshield. Ok Mobility kept 180 Euro from the reserved deposit because of that, but my sister got e v e r y t h i n g back from Rentalcars insurance. The process went smooth and quickly. Easy.
Sure, the deposit that OK Mobility reserve is higher if you don’t buy insurance directly from them. Like 1300 to 1600 Euro.
All cheaper car-rentals are always grumpy and aggressive when you turn their own insurance down. They reserved a 1500 Euro deposit from our creditcard, but we got it all back after returning the car. It only took 2 days before we got the money back. No problems.
The car was quite new and worked fine during our 9 days.
In one word : Thieves
Rented a car for 5 days at Valencia Airport.
The lady at the counter charged 155,00€, saying it's a deposit to be released when coming back.
It was actually charged. Another person from Customer Service told me it was in fact an extra insurance, however I explained clearly at the counter I didn't want any additionnal insurance. + the car was pretty damaged even if functionnal.
Avoid at all costs.
