I called them today to inform that I could not attend my appointment due to an accident I had a few hours ago (my hand got slammed in the car door and my fingers were bruised and heavily injured). The lady on the phone said that I would still get charged 50% due to the late notice and because they wouldn’t be able to fill the gap last minute.I understand the policy however I would expect more empathy as this was an exceptional emergency. Sad to see that money comes before customers health. Not surprised tho as they have been impolite before.Never going back. Pathetic!

My nails didn’t t turn out the way I wanted and all my cuticles are full of glue. Unbelievable.I’m sad.

Professional & friendly staff that maintain high standards

Ok Cure Me is one of the friendliest and most accommodating salons in the city. Their nail techs are all lovely and very welcoming to all their clients. The standard of their work is always spectacular!

Fantastic staff, good tunes and coffee and the perfect nails.

I didn't like how things were handled when things went wrong which is a shame coz I felt so taken care of on the day of my appointment & my nail tech did a great job. 3 nail extensions came off within one week of the install.. there was no sense of urgency with trying to reschedule a next appointment to fix the issue. I got a refund though.

Really love my Christmas nails. Ebony was able to fix a half ripped nail and the chrome stars are beautiful! Thank you x

I only had correspondence online and the staff that responded to my txts/emails were very quick to get back to me w answers to my queries.

Toni was nice and professional and creative. She goes out of her way to make a customer smile. I went to repair a nail, she repaired it and improved the colour of the rest of the nails

Always so pleased with my experience at Ok Cure Me. I get builder gel and in some places, I can be left with quite thick nails, but here my nails are so neat and well done.

The nail technicians at OK Cure me are all very friendly and professional. They are all talented, and I love the way that they do my nails. Ebony is my go-to, as she just knows what I want without me telling her. A beautiful and clean nail bar, too. The best nail bar by far!
