I was hesitant to order overseas ... but my fears were allayed. Products arrived on a timely basis, prices are great -- much better than from the U.S. -- and Angela in customer service is a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly place future orders.

OKDERMO was quick to respond to my emails.I had an issue/misunderstanding with the currency used but Angela explained the situation promptly and professionally. Also then I thought delivery was taking a bit long Angela reassured me to wait a few more days and if still not delivered OKDERMO would resend my order with express mail. I was very impressed with the company's customer service. I am happy to report that waiting the few more day paid off .I received my parcel this morning.

OKDERMO.COM has the best quality products! I ordered my products and received them 3 weeks later. Tri-luma was absolutely perfect! My girlfriends have been going to this website for their products for quite some time too! They also responded to my emails in a timely manner. That surprised me. Don't pay retail.
