I see that you have ordered a Ball Pool which requires around 15 days to be received as mentioned on our website as well as advised on my email to you the next day of your order! We had further email correspondence about the update of your order and on the 29th March we have updated your order with the tracking number which was provided by the warehouse. I was buying a gift from abroad and need a bit of extra help in choosing products and understanding delivery etc. I received excellent service outside normal shop hours, nothing was too much and I was offered a number of very good options. I also requested delivery and was sent a photo of the goods and the wrapping with our personal message.
