Terrible
Terrible, lazy customer service by Antonia and her team. I ordered their productson 19th March as I needed it as a gift for a special occasion for a dear friend. However I received no comms or email for a few days on when I can expect delivery. I emailed them on the 26th March ( 7 days after ordering and hearing nothing !) and I got an email saying they are on their yearly break and will ship it on 1st April ( had they been honest enough to put this on their website I would have never ordered it as it was a gift I needed by a certain date and not for personal use !). They did not even have the courtesy to inform me about this delay till I chased ! Today is the occasion I needed the gift for and it has not arrived , although I was assured it will and the Okiki team has not even bothered to check in on this. I am a big supporter of small businesses and a lot of work I do is in that space but it is extremely disappointing when businesses demonstrate such callous and lazy customer service , completely lacking care and responsibility for customer needs ! I do not care how good their products are , but this sort of laziness has no place for me and I do not recommend Okiki.
