Just started using OkkProxy last week after a free trial credit. The rotating residential proxies are fast and easy to integrate with my scraper. City targeting works well (got US West Coast IPs quickly). No connection drops yet, and the dashboard is clean. The support team was responsive when I asked about SOCKS5 setup. Only downside is the pool refreshes a bit slower than advertised sometimes, but overall solid for the price. Will keep using.

I am writing to share my extremely poor experience with Okkproxy. As someone who has tried multiple proxy services in the past, I can confidently say that this is by far the worst.

First, their customer support is absolutely terrible. The support team is unresponsive, unhelpful, and incredibly dismissive. On multiple occasions, they abruptly ended the chat conversation without resolving my issue, leaving me frustrated and without any solution. It feels like they simply do not care about their customers.

Secondly, their proxies are extremely slow, despite their claims of having a response time of 0.03 seconds. In reality, the speeds are nowhere near what they advertise, making their service practically unusable for any serious task.

Additionally, their mobile IP proxies are highly risky. I encountered numerous issues with reliability and security, which made me question the safety of using their services altogether.

Overall, I cannot recommend Okkproxy to anyone. Poor customer support, false advertising, and unreliable proxies make this service a complete waste of time and money. Stay away!
