Sticky wicket !

Although I love the idea of non polluting cookwear, I am a bit disappointed with the non stick claims made. That said, I enjoy using the pan as often as I can.

Works well

Works well. Surprised it was made in China when the advertising says it’s Japanese.

Shipping was slow but pan arrived ok

Shipping was slow but pan arrived ok. I was surprised that I had to assemble it myself but it was simple. Do I think the pan is worth the money even with supposed discount? No. It’s ok but information about composition and care needs to be clear, obvious and honest. Similarly, it is implied the pans are made in Japan which is not the case. None of this inspires trust.

Love em !!!

My pans arrived in a few weeks, that's pretty good for down here in AUS. easy to put together, i love the lightweight good heat distribution and wipe clean every time.
So far, they are doing all they said they would. I would have no problem recommending these

I also thought and for the price that they were made in Japan, disappointed they’re not (Japanese inspired doesn’t cut it) and I absolutely doubt the hand hammered claim that the advert eluded to! Overall I like the pan but it’s expensive for Chinese mass produced rather than hand made in Japan. Feel a bit conned.

Delivery took a while but I’m in NZ…

Delivery took a while but I’m in NZ which is a long way from the source. Pan arrived well packaged and undamaged .. so far so good. No instructions in the box on correct way to assemble the lid.. sounds like a simple task, but there are several small parts and numerous ways they could go together. I’m still unsure if I got it right. The pan itself looks good quality but much lighter than I thought. Heats up real quick and cooks well. It’s a little sticky unless some oil is added and I’ve found it hard to clean. I’m about 75% happy so far, but it’s early days and the more I use it, the better I’m getting at understanding how to use it.

It’s great that the pans are reported…

It’s great that the pans are reported to be completely titanium, which is reassuring in this day and age of PFAS concerns. Delivery was easy and the pans arrived well packaged, took a little while to arrive down here in New Zealand. I’m having to learn to cook differently with these pans, as I often get food sticking. Overall good quality, if a little expensive, but I guess that’s because it’s titanium. Overall satisfied.

I am now a happy Okura cook.

I knew that the pan was being shipped from Japan so didn't expect instant delivery. What was very pleasing was an early address check by the company, just to make sure.

The manufactured quality of the pan is as described, and it cooks and cleans beautifully. Highly recommended.
