Drivers and company syndicate. Big scam.

If I could give negative. Ola is a scamster company. I booked one way outstaion, it showed 3400 rs. While driving, driver said tolls, parking and permit are extra. And asked for cash payments. With no proofs that these payments are done. That too 2070 rs. And in the end, biggest scamster Ola charged round trip fare with double the km. 7740 rs. So for the one way trip which showed 3400, i ended up paying 9400. Syndicate of drivers and company , together. But hey, no one will go to police or somewhere, hence the scam continues and companies raise billions.

Very bad services and behavior. No one respond when vehicle needs any repair or maintenance. Unskilled and unprofessional mechanics. I never driven my vehicle with peace of mind. Every time on road with somany issues.
Now my vehicle is in Taliparamb service center sice 16/9. they don't even attend call or inform whats wrong with vehicle. I loose my job and Peace of mind

Hopeless service- Looting the money

Hopeless service, very bad experience with Driver Manjunath. He manipulated the App and final fair was showing Rs 3950 but actual was Rs 307. Vehicle number is KA01 AP1783. He forcefully took full account of Rs 3950.
Seems Ola looting the money.

The pathetic conditions of OLA cabs and…

The pathetic conditions of OLA cabs and also their services. They have started looting on the name of OLA money post paid by charging heavily on the name of late fee penalty. They have even come to so low level that they are threatening their loyal customers for legal proceedings. Not understanding that the payment options at times on the app does not work and get delays due to their technical glitches. I have stopped using OLA and will recommend a legal case against them for threatening and looting.

I made a big mistake by purchasing an Ola scooter. It is the worst product I have ever bought – continuous issues keep coming up, and on top of that their service is extremely poor. Even after raising complaints, they don’t provide any appointment for more than a month. Every time I contact them, the only reply I get is “wait, wait, wait…” but no real solution. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended to any one.

Very worst experience from Ola auto…

Very worst experience from Ola auto driver. He charged extra amount and when denied giving the extra charge, he started fighting infront of the house. Even he tried to come near and very loudly fighting
The Driver name was Syed Kaja and vehicle number is KA 04 A D 2070.
And the worst part is Ola do not have a proper platform to give reviews and complaints.

It’s been four years I am trying to…

It’s been four years I am trying to install and use Ola app on my iPhone but getting an error message. Contacted support numerous times but they just send a canned response to uninstall and install the app. Even contacted their grievance officer many times but he didn’t even respond. Use Uber or Rapido.
