We hired at the last moment but we were still catered for. We went out for dinner but the delivery was scheduled not to interfere with that or upset the schedule. Excellent service. Prompt delivery and collection and great staff.

I use Olaf's bouncy castle hire for all my events and I have never had a bad experience! They've always been so efficient, well mannered, very helpful, and five such a wonderful service!

Last year when my little girl's birthday party unfortunately landed on a day with torrential rain, Olaf called me in the morning (plenty of time before the party started) to tell me that I can either move the hire to another day or find an indoor venue. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

I will always use this company for all of my events :)

We hired two Toy Story bouncy castles for my sons 2nd birthday. The staff was very helpful with helping me choose sizing ect even going above and beyond to call the council for hall sizing. I would definitely recommend and I will be definitely booking again. Once again thank you ☺️

Happy with the castle and slide, price and communication.
Turned up on time but wasn't quite ready before kids showed up due to having to take down the castle from the previous party at the same location.
Only down side was I had ordered didi cars and they forgot to bring them, obviously adjusted the price so I didnt pay for them (no extra discount as a sorry) but would have preferd the cars. Things happen and my little one said it was the best day ever.

The company are very punctual, and communication is excellent. I am a sleep deprived mother and made loads of mistakes booking and the company checked with me that my information was accurate to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a bouncy castle.
