Great customer service

I purchased a briefcase approximately a year ago while on vacation in Italy. The handles started to crack and I emailed the Company. Mario immediately responded and sent me replacement parts for my bag. The measure of any great company is the level of service they provide. Old Angler stands behind their products and their level of customer service is incredible. Thank you Mario, you made me a life long customer!

I bought a travel bag in 2017 from old angler in Italy. During my travel in the world, I lost some cursors. In 2023, I contact Old Angler if they can deliver some cursors to replace the lost ones. They did it ! This company has an amazing customer service, and they deliver me the missing cursors. It very rare to have this kind of company, with a real customer care, with hand made product.
