How rude of bar person

How rude of bar person , never been spoken to like that in all the times I have stayed at the Old England , thankfully this time we stayed at the Belsfield . Went to the bar for a drink yesterday evening and how I was spoken to by the young lad behind the bar shocked me, so will not be going again for a long time. Management need to give him a good talking to about respect for customers, needless to say my colleagues will be informed about the service in what is supposed to be a high end establishment!
Avoid at all costs !!
