I was completely SCAMMED by this company. They took my money without any hesitation, sent me a fake Invoice and LOA (Letter of Authorization) to make everything look legitimate — but when it came time to deliver the actual inventory, they DISAPPEARED.

No products. No refund. No response.

They are running a sophisticated fraud operation targeting Amazon sellers. They know exactly what documents sellers need (LOA, invoices) and they use that knowledge to steal money from innocent buyers.

I paid in full. I received NOTHING but worthless papers.

If you are an Amazon seller looking for wholesale suppliers — STAY AWAY from this company. They will take your money, give you fake documents, and leave you with empty hands and an empty wallet.

I am reporting this company to all relevant authorities. DO NOT fall for their professional-looking website and promises. It is all a LIE.

Product is authentic and legitimate, but their response time is unacceptably slow. It took 8-10+ days to receive replies to urgent emails. For Amazon FBA sellers who depend on fast communication and timely shipments, this is a serious problem. Every day without inventory means lost sales. I hope they improve their email response system for future wholesale partners.
